Closed beta friends and family starts for Going Rogue this coming week. I'd have to think the other test server is for the rest of us lunatics to test out Demon Summoning and Issue 17... soon(tm).

I17 hasn't had an open beta. Since I17 and Going Rogue aren't linked, one would assume I17 will have an open beta before it goes live.
