What's the best surprise you've found on your little-played alts?

Today I decided to log into some alts that I haven't played in ages. I can't stand seeing alts that haven't been logged into past 50 days, so I logged in everyone.

Over the past week I've spent close to 10 billion inf on purple sets for my DP Corruptor and Warshade, so I thought I should check to see if any alts had anything of value I could pawn for just one more purple set.

So far, after logging in my alts I've found an extra 1.6 billion on an alt I transferred to Freedom ages ago. I found a full set of Ragnarok's as well as 2 full sets of Fortunata Hypnosis. One alt's enhancement tray was filled with level 50 Microfilament Exposure HO's. To top it all off, I found a level 50 Fury of the Gladiator: Chance for -Res on an alt. I have no idea how that alt got it as it hadn't been logged in since around Christmas.

The thing I find the most amazing... on an alt that's been sitting on Triumph for over 700 days, I found an Iron Will enhancement that I have no recollection of ever getting on him.

I feel like buying some scratch tickets!

I found an alt that hadn't been used since before we could shut out spam emails... I was amused by how far the RMT prices had dropped

I've really wanted a VEAT as they look the only villain AT that i think i'll find interesting and want to play with long term. Got a villain character up to level 37 almost 2 years ago and hardly played him since, i just found it so boring!

Logged in yesterday on it to find out that its not as boring as i thought! Now 2 bars away from level 40 when i know i can zoom the last 10 levels easily!

So glad i didnt delete him!

I have "surprise!stuff" happen all the time since I rarely log into most of my characters. Expensive recipes, crafted items, S/HOs, cool alternate costumes I'd forgotten I'd made, "why the hell am I logged out HERE?" moments, etc.

I don't really collect interesting things on my characters, so about the only interesting things I find are odd builds, hundreds of spam e-mails (~250 is the most I've seen) and the fact that level 30 characters suddenly get their first piece of salvage and that presumptuous tutorial window pops up to inform me.

Well, about the most interesting I've seen is coming back to a character with a nearly full transaction inventory of slow-moving recipes to find that they had indeed sold over the past six months. That's fairly new, though. The market used to dump your inventory if the character went inactive.

What's the best surprise you've found on your little-played alts?

Found a Hami-O in the enhancement tray of one of my lower alts. I'd forgotten I'd won it as part of a costume contest prize. Since it would never match that character, I promptly sold that puppy for a mint and upgraded the character to all IO's with plenty of moola left over for the next few tiers.

Logged onto a level 9ish alt, discovered 50 million that I'd won in a costume contest. And to think I was about to delete him!

My best surprise would have to be logging on a lowbie alt that happened to be sitting at the mercy BM. I checked my inventory to find out I sold a low level training enhancement for 200mil.

I remember once logging in an ice/ice blaster on Freedom (a server I rarely go to), that I hadn't logged in in a couple years, only to find it stuck inside a building in Galaxy City. I could move around inside the building (on the first floor, anyway) and even blast foes nearby, who could not shoot back!

I think I had to get someone to TP me out. But I don't know how I ended up there in the first place. I don't think it was building that was not there once and was put there later, but I don't know.

I pretty much stopped playing my Ninja/Dark MM once he got to 50, but I logged in with him to move him to a new Day Job location and I opened up his Recipes and he had a Purple. I can't remember what it was, but he couldn't use it so I sold it for some great Inf.

I logged in one alt and found him in the old Rikti Crash Site (which is actually a separate map from the Rikti War Zone). He still sometimes fights the Rikti there... It's like a sad alternate world where he's the only hero left.
