If DP is the 'money maker' they should just have included it in Going Rogue and made it not accessible unless you had a code for GR.
To answer your question; personally I'm not that interested in DP. I just thought that it was strange that it was listed but you couldn't use it so I thought I would ask the community. Like it or do not like it, some will have different opinions about a dev choice like this. I personally think it's stupid to include it when you can't use it. And I'm not a fanboi so I won't like every single thing that do. They should have added a lot of things much earlier and GR doesn't seem that amazing of a expansion. I understand that if you've played the game for over 5 years its nice with new content though you dont seem to get that much content for your money in GR.
And they should at least write on the power that "not accessible if you do not have a preorder code.. something.. something... something".
I like this game a lot, but information is really not Paragon Studios greatest strenght.

Grayed out powersets are nothing new (EATs have always been greyed out unless unlocked and Primaries and Secondaries are greyed out when not able to be paired with another set [shields & claws/katana, claws and Stone Armor)

They actually said pre-ordering/purchasing would be end of February but that didn't happen.

I wish they had added some sort of pop-up if you try to select DP that tells the user that GR is required to access the power set. Would have averted a lot of questions, and also been a small "you know you want it, just buy it" tidbit as well.
That said, as a graduate marketing student, I wonder what's with the people controlling the flow of information. By all means, build up excitement, generate buzz, but stop confusing people with overly complicated release plans and a lack of direct information.

Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
