If you really want a Mu challenge do Scirocco's patron arc, your last fight against him is with a swarm of Mu bosses, messy stuff!
That mission looks like one of the Rikti War Zone ones...I'd say probably Gaussian? He sends you to Portal Corp to close a bunch of portals to hinder the Rikti.
