Well really you only have 1 booster left and thats Cyborg. The others are different "editions" of CoH that were packaged with a few extras.
Personally, I'd finish off the booster sets and then go after the rest based on power pluses (GvE then Mac followed by wedding).
PS, when I first the title, I was afraid it was going to be a flame thread dealing with the government or something that would get it removed, lolz.

Cyborg, and Valk have some great costume parts, and I would be hard pressed to say which one I use more.

So I've got a few bucks I want to drop for a new booster set, but have no clue which I want. I already have MA, Magic and Science, so basically we are talking one of the following:
1) Cyborg - Robot-y goodness and self-destruct. 2) Mac Pack - Valkyrie set + Mission teleporter. 3) Good vs Evil - Mission D teleport + Jump Pack + Costume sets 4) Wedding - Surprisingly useful costume sets. I'm really torn here. Self-destruct looks like fun, but I don't know how much I'd use it. Mission teleport seems more useful, but it has a 2 hour cooldown. Mission D teleport might be useful - certainly until one gets Orobous (sp.). I can see fun ideas for all the costume sets. Anyhow - for those of you with some or all of the above, any opinions? I'd vote for Good Vs Evil. The Teleporter and Jump pack area really useful transportation aids to all lower-level characters, and the jump pack continues to be invaluable to superspeeders.
That reminds me of a D+D game where one player mentioned "the thief, mage and dwarf". The guy playing the dwarf said, "HEY! Thief, mage and FIGHTER."
Anyway, I'd go with the Good vs Evil. I find both of the powers to be really useful and the two costume sets are good too.

There are *two* travel powers here. Totally worth it. I use the jump pack all the time on all characters for that extra boost. And the PocketD TPer brings you to a tailor plus all the other things available in the D.

I currently have all the available addon packs. Self Destruct was gobs of fun when i first got it, however the fun wore off and while i still keep it in the tray on all my characters, i've only used it by mistake (or for show) in the past year or so. Some of the Cyborg costume pieces are cool too, but again, I rarely use them aside from a few *select* pieces. YMMV but I'd put Cyborg at the bottom of the list.
The Wedding pack has some excellent costume pieces, and unfortunate to some, no temp power. I probably use at least one piece from this pack in about 90% of my current female toons. Again, YMMV but this one takes #3 for me.
The Mac pack and Mission Transporter temp power I bought specifically for the temp power. I actually bought the "Mac Edition" to get the free month of play with it, which IMO is the best way to get this pack... you get a month paid time ($15) and all the costume pieces + temp for $5. I put this one at #2 and I strongly suggest getting the Mac "Edition" rather than the Mac "pack". That, and the powers that come with GvE are just invaluable (IMO) more so than this one.
Good Vs Evil is the pack to get if you don't have it. The temp powers alone put this pack at the top of the list. I still use the Pocket D transporter and the Jump Pack ALL the time. It also has some really nice costume pieces with it, and you'll get the month of game time too.
I rearranged your list to show the order I would take these packs. Your playstyle etc may be different from mine though, so I'd still consider it carefully and really just get the one that you feel you want most. Look over the features at the PlayNC website and see what each has to offer, they list the features pretty well.
1) Good vs Evil - Mission D teleport + Jump Pack + Costume sets
2) Mac Pack - Valkyrie set + Mission teleporter.
3) Wedding - Surprisingly useful costume sets.
4) Cyborg - Robot-y goodness and self-destruct.
Hope you get something you like! Have Fun!

And c'mon, you get to be so bling with the Valkyrie stuff:

Which is one of the few areas that's completely closed off unless you have that pack. Actually I think it might be the ONLY area in the game that's closed off unless you have the associated pack.
So, yeah, get the GvE, that way the whole game is opened up to you, and you'll also get to see the Zombie Boy Band once in a while!
If you play a lot of female toons, I'd recommend wedding pack. The patterns that come with it are very useful, because A) they're some of the only textured pieces you get, and B) they match the magic pack parts almost too well.
Other than that I'd recommend valkyrie and then GvE, with cyborg being dead last.
Dispari has more than enough credability, and certainly doesn't need to borrow any from you.

Cyborg pack is for my fave way of getting to level 2, the BOOMDINGREZ.
On redside, it's used as a trainer tp for low levels lol.
Mac pack is great because the Valk costume is awesome, free wings and cape too
But man oh man when you only have about 1/2 an hour to play and need to get to that mission quick, mish TP is your best friend, goes across zones too.
EDIT: GvE jump boost + Ninja run = no need for travel powerz

Good vs. Evil > Cyborg > Mac > Wedding
Having Vengeance and Fallout slotted for recharge means never having to say you're sorry.
Mac Pack & GvE thing. Ports are nice & so are the extra costumes.
Mac Pack has Valk Stuff & Weapons, GvE has Falcon & Sinister Costumes, both have Port powers, its double win!

Go with the Mac Pack.
Trust me. The Mission Teleporter is awesomesauce. It works across zones, which is *wicked* nice to have when you get that mission in IP or somewhere else equally remote (Boomtown, Dark Astoria, etc.).
Only drawback: recharge time.
I agree with the Mac Pack. The Valk pieces are really cool (especially the wings) and the Mish TP is invaluable.
A few things to keep in mind about the Mish TP though:
1) It only works on door mishes.
2) If you have multiple Mishes, pick the one you want to do and set it as the team task. If you don't, the TP may take you to the other mish.
Personally, I've been split between the MA, Cyborg, and Mac packs ... I started playing City of Heroes with the GvE edition, though.
If you're looking for functionality, I'd say either get the Mac or GvE edition. You can't beat having a teleport power (and, with GvE, a travel power)! MA's Ninja Run would also be a good idea for that reason, but I prefer the idea of instant teleportation over that.
In terms of looks, I would say either the Mac or Cyborg packs, which is why I'm personally split between the two of them. I could make good use of the Cyborg pack's costume pieces for one of my characters ...
Say--are there methods you can use to pay for these packs outside of a debit or credit card? I tend to prefer the straightforwardness of time cards and the like (which is what I use to pay for CoH subscriptions). I don't know if that's possible, so I tried using a Visa Vanilla Gift Card with some leftover cash for a booster pack ... but the card was declined. D'oh!
Firstly, thanks all for the advice! Looks like so far it's down to GvE or Mac, but I'll hold off on my final decision until I get home tonight. Either way, the goal is to get them all eventually... I just need to pace myself. I've got 2 kids and a lazy ex-wife to feed!

The other option is PayPal, which I use for most of my purchases. Takes some time to get set up and 6-8 business days to transfer funds from a bank account, but worth it for those of us who shun credit cards (or those who can't get one).
Ok, I'll admit it since none of you will. I totally misread the title of this thread.
As for the Booster Packs, Get All Of Them!
Hell, donate plasma if you need a few extra bucks. Not only will you offset the cost of a few boosters, but your blood will go towards making many products that affect and save many lives.
I don't know why you'd take the Mac Pack over the GvE. Sure the mission teleporter is useful, but you still won't have access to an entire area of the game if you don't get GvE.
On top of that, the Jet pack can be used with every other travel power other than Teleport to enhance those powers abilities. It willl allow you to keep superjumping up for 30 second straight... almost double the default speed of Fly for 30 seconds straight... or allow a superspeedster to actually get past SKYWAY with no problem if they are smart about it. It enhances all the travel powers.

And now that you mention it, the VIP card does let you have easy access to a tailor ... No need to Solid Snake your way through Cap Au Diable or Steel Canyon as a low level character if you want to change your costume!
I've used the Visa Vanilla card with no issues at all. You might want to contact Visa to see if it's an issue specific to your card. Of course, I'm in Canada, so it may be a regional thing.

Well, I guess I should try PayPal, then. My only worry with that is that I've heard a lot of bad things about PayPal and how they can freeze your account for little or no reason.
FYI, after counting things up it was pretty much an even split between Mac and GvR, so I arbitrarily went with GvR. My initial thoughts are:
COSTUME PACKS: Decent. Not fantastic, but a few pieces I could see using. That said, getting two full sets is always helpful.
JET PACK: Meh. The 30 second limit makes it less useful than I had hoped, but I'm sure it will help out a little. Really, Ninja Run is so full of awesome that it nerfs the utility of the jet pack somewhat.
POCKET D TELEPORT: Most of the areas I can access via Pocket D I can already do via Ourobous, but it opens up a few more options for me which should help to get around. This will be very handy during holiday events at least, and is good for quick vault access.
POCKET D VIP: Always nice to get behind a closed door, and quick access to a tailor is fantastic for a costume ***** like me.
