COSTUME PACKS: Decent. Not fantastic, but a few pieces I could see using. That said, getting two full sets is always helpful.
I was always meh on those sets. I rarely get use out of techy type things. As you can imagine I haven't used valkyrie much either. I do get use out of shoulderpads and boots a lot, and that set was no exception. And recently I did get to use Justice for one costume that I was happy with.

JET PACK: Meh. The 30 second limit makes it less useful than I had hoped, but I'm sure it will help out a little. Really, Ninja Run is so full of awesome that it nerfs the utility of the jet pack somewhat.
Actually, I find it's a really useful tool. I keep it on tray 3 of all my toons. It helps ALL of them. I only use fly, NR, and SJ for my toons. With NR and SJ, there are times when I just can't jump high enough, like when I want to bounce into an AE building or there's a high wall. Or when I'm coming back to Mercy and just would rather jump over the wall instead of climb up the ramps. The jet pack lets me do that. And it makes you fly faster, so I don't have any toon who hasn't used it. It's not a travel power on its own, but rather a little boost when you need it.

POCKET D TELEPORT: Most of the areas I can access via Pocket D I can already do via Ourobous, but it opens up a few more options for me which should help to get around. This will be very handy during holiday events at least, and is good for quick vault access.
It's useful redside when you want to quickly get to Port Oakes. It also allows you to access a tailor as low as level 3 on any toon. And of course Pocket D is a place everyone can get to really easily, so it's a good place to meet to do transfers or things like that.

POCKET D VIP: Always nice to get behind a closed door, and quick access to a tailor is fantastic for a costume ***** like me.
The tailor access is probably the number one reason I go to the D anymore, so it's a very useful perk.

Although since I16, getting to a tailor blueside is just an easy jog over to the Vanguard base door in Atlas.

Bear in mind that the GVE pack comes with a free months sub, so you can use what you've saved to buy a 2nd booster and be twice as happy ;-)

... Would you believe I hadn't checked out the Vanguard base yet, until you said that?

Still, the VIP badge could technically be quicker than going to the Vanguard base, since you have to travel to the building, enter the portal, and find the tailor. In comparison, when you use the VIP teleport, the tailor is in the same room, up a flight of stairs.

Nice to know that there's quick non-GvE access to a tailor, though!
