Hell that happens everywhere McC.... people in Iowa and Wisonsin that are USED driving in heavy snow every year and they STILL act like they don't know what they're doing half the time.

Kitsap Peninsula here. No snow; plenty of rain. That is how Winter is supposed to be around these parts. And that is just the way (uh-huh uh-huh) I like it (uh-huh uh-huh).
Nada here in Portland, Oregon. I'm actually pretty bummed about it. Last year, as my Seattle neighbors have pointed out, the PNW got blasted...and I loved every durn second.
Course I can see it on Mt. Hood from my window...

I wish I didn't have snow here in Deleware.
Our dog we got back when we were in Florida, he's never seen snow before and now that there's over a foot of it on the ground he has no idea what's going on.
He begs and begs to go out, only to IMMEDIATELY turn around and beg to be let back in.
What he's thinking:
::Is this sand?::
::Why is it so cold?::
::WHY IS IT FALLING FROM THE SKY?!?!?!::
Doesn't help that it's all fresh powder, so he just sinks into it upto his chest.

True, but I think they meant snow and ice that people in states that are used to it would laugh at. I'm in Oklahoma, but originally from New York, and I see this every year here in winter. They close schools here because a few inches of snow fell.
I saw the same thing when I lived in Virginia. I LOLed then and I LOL now.

I've lived in Phoenix for seven years, never seen it snow here. It used to snow in Tucson on a regular basis while I was in college, which was how I got my snow 'fix'.
*sighs*
Then again, I will be in Tucson the day after Christmas - maybe it'll snow!
