Headband options *with* choosable hair.
An *actual* kung fu suit like this:
...particularly the sleeves.
And just wishful thinking here but a "Suppress all effects" self toggle that makes any self buff powers appear invisible in PvE. I'd love this for my natural Spines stalker.

Not really a ninja thing, but how about a war banner I can put on my back? Complete with the choice of displaying my SG/VG symbol, of course.
I guess at this point there isn't much to do but to guess at what is in the pack, since it has already been created.

And I was so hoping for something like this. Similar in function to the prestige sprints, but a motorcycle or some vehicle that a 'natural' hero would be likely to use. I guess a motorcycle could be ninja in a Spike Lee sort of way. I also thought the in-game temp power flight and jump packs would be cool for a natural booster pack. Strictly as a costume piece of course. A lot I could do with a raptor pack or Goldbricker pack. Oh well.
Well, i too was thinking that the stereotypical ninja are already pretty kitted out, so unless its just a fancier version of existing bits, im hoping its some outfits with some kaji writing on them, it would really be nice if we got Japanese chest symbols and i'd kiss jay on the face if we got the ability to place symbols on our backs.
