i16 nerf my Fire/Kin's Defenses???
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it appears you only run about 10% def?
Lots of things will end up hitting you. In fact about 4 out of every 10 attacks, which vs a large group will be a lot of attacks.
Are you fighting a different type of enemy now compared to an old one that perhaps didn't use mez attacks very much?

Some mobs had a bunch of stuff added to them to make them more difficult. Maybe the enemies you are fighting fall under that category.
Same enemy, same ae mishes. Sledge hammers stun me, machine guns riddle me. Didn't get hit like this before. Didn't change play style, same attack chain. Looks like I am going to have to respec and/or spend some influence to be more survivable. Have died twice where I would have plowed through these guys before. Something has changed.

Why Blasters? Empathy Sucks.
So, you want to be Mental?
What the hell? Let's buff defenders.
Tactics are for those who do not have a big enough hammer. Wisdom is knowing how big your hammer is.
Ya they crazy buffed the crazed. They'll tear you to pieces now heh.
And the xp for boss farms has been nerfed into the ground to add insult to injury.
I'm so glad i kept my Defeat Battle Maiden mission after all, especially with the new difficulty settings XD
and yes stone mastery rocks!.. no pun intended. I have it on my plant/storm, I run almost at the defense soft cap for smashing/lethal. that pvp +3% defense would do it but i don't have that kinda money XD
Combat Kangaroos, Justice Server. First 50's
Jirra Roo Plant/Storm/Stone/Musculature Controller
Combat Kangaroo Rifle/Energy/Mace/Spiritual Blaster
Kung Fu Kangaroo Martial Arts/Reflexes/Body/Spiritual Scrapper
Tribal Arc Shield/Elec/Mu/Spiritual Tanker

By this, I assume you mean "putting things back to the way they should be."

Right now MA is an absolute abomination when it comes to the risk vs reward mantra they throw around. It is also pretty out of whack in regard to time vs rewards that they like to spout off too.
In it's current form I'd be embarrassed to stake a major claim in having a hand in MA. luck for me I don't haha. 16,048 man hours down the drain and counting...
Should be according to who or what?

At any rate the solution they have in now is basicly a bandaid, they have said so themselves, it will be revisted in the not so far off future.

Still waiting on the Cathedral of Pain trial, Items of Power, and base raids to come back - base raids are going on a year now and that's the most recent of the things I've listed.

I guess it depends on your definition of the not too distant future. We might all be driving, or piloting actually, flying cars in the not too distant future. Is that the time frame you speak of?
Stuns happen, baby. I was cruising around the Hollows with my 50, cleaning up CoT mages for the badge, and dammit if those lucky SOBs didn't manage to mez me every once in a while. Never for more than a fraction of a second, but long enough to detoggle me and be annoying >:-(
Stay Gold, Paragon. Stay Gold.
Nolite te bastardes carborundorum.
If you believe it will be revisited as soon as you think, I have this bridge in Brooklyn I'd like to sell you.

Seriously, Base Raids and CoP? That's the best you got? We already know PvP is tehlol in terms of development resources.
The Devs don't want you to farm in the Mission Architect. They said it repeatedly before and after it launched. They regularly delete reported farms and lock the publishing slots. They have even rolled back characters that have taken advantage of farming exploits and banned accounts that made farming exploits.
What part of their words and actions were unclear? Sadly, the players (in general) were also clear in their actions in response. The players said, "Ban us! Roll us back! Lock our slots! Make as many threats as you like, we are still going to farm the heck out your Architect, and there is nothing you can do to stop us!" while flipping the Devs the bird.
The problems you and others are now experiencing in the Architect is the Devs saying, "Wanna bet?" Every single AE nerf that has come down the pipe has been in direct response to the rampant farming of AE, and more nerfs will continue to be handed down until it is no longer preferable to farm the AE over Dev controlled content.
With Issue 16, they have given you the tools to farm to your heart's content outside of the Architect, where they have strict control over the risk and the reward. Please use them so that the Devs can stop nerfing the Architect.
I have no sympathy for you for the increased difficulty you have fighting the Slammers you melted previously to "pharm phat lewtz."
New story arcs coming soon (ARC IDs will be aded when I finish the arc):
So, you want to join the Hellions? (level 1-14 Villainous arc)
Sparks & Steel (level 5-20 Heroic arc)
and
So you want to join the Skulls? (level 1-14 Villainous arc)
If you believe the devs consider fixing Base Raid, CoP, etc more important than fixing AE, then I have a bridge in Brooklyn I'd like to sell you.

I agree that's what it was intended to be, they said as much. Why or how they remained oblivious to how modding tools are used in games is a mystery, but is also water under the bridge.

My favorite combo is Faceplant/DebtCap with the TeamWipe Ancillary
|
I think its more that they don't want you to be unchallenged while you farm. Although, adding the ability to go -1 belies that supposition.

yup, you arent supposed to solo unless you are a scrapper, didnt you know that?
Lots of 50's yada yada. still finding fun things to do.
Cthulhu loves you, better start running

You are in a maze of twisty little passages
Just loaded i16. I have been fighting small groups of about 6-8 that did mostly smashing/Lethal damage pre-i16 with the below build and never getting confused or stunned. I have sttod in mobs and resisted stunning and never had to use Indomitable Will. Now, without it activated, I am being stunned twice per group of even level Lts!!! Did Tough and Weave get nerfed? They don't seem to miss much at all. I admit, it is a low cost build but I never had this problem before today! Please enlighten me.
