Apologies... I didn't look over the other thread on this, so I may have missed a few folks.

My team went along and ran a few missions in Atlas to bump us up to the lvl 5 - 6 range. We shifted to Kings for radio missions, then the Atlas bank protect. After the bank run, we moved over to the Hollows and ran there for the rest of the night till I dropped off a bit after 10pm. We made it about 1/2 through Flux.

It was a good run, I managed to take a dirt nap in the first mission.... at the first spawn, probably about 15 seconds into the mission :P

WAIT, you're already done? Ugh I was hoping to jump on quick before everyone logged off

Level 15 seemed like a good stopping place for the night. I almost feel bad for those low level story arcs now, they really don't have a chance. By the time you've done the radio missions and the safeguard, you're just about to outlevel anybody you pick up.

I remember the first Isos. We struggled our way through the Hollows and the rediculous troll missions for what seemed like forever. Now we outlevel the whole zone before finishing off the preliminaries.

Like you said... low level tanking stinks..

It seems like I haven't been in the Hollows in a long time. The team continued on through Flux and beat up on Frostfire. That's when most logged with a few heading to other teams. But at that point it was past 11pm. I think I ended up just a few bars shy of level 13.

It was fun. We even had a Des for Frostfire! Woo us!

You got to 15 on the first night? Am I reading that right? (Wow.)

Isos I was a lot of fun. I tried to roleplay Master Mongoose and didnt always succeed, but some of the other members were pretty good at it. Ah, good times...

I think most of Team Toril hit 14 or 15. I only made 11 because I had a boat anchor on me that never made it on. Will catch up to 15 this weekend though. Ryxx and Pep did a pretty decent job tankin considering the level. I only died when they did and I was aggroing everything in sight.

<sigh> Viv says its no longer "all me".

Team Hamster ran through a few missions from my initial city hall contact, then went into King's Row and Sky Way for a few rounds of newspaper. Contacts kept sticking me with hunts and fedexs, so we did a few more newspapers before Sunjay started giving me a few doors.

Ended the night at level 15 and ready for Faultline, I suppose.

Being able to get xp on task forces is going to make me rethink my exemping "policies" / habits / strategies. Might wait till level 20 to run Positron.

You can always turn off XP to keep from getting ahead on the TF's.

Sorry I missed last night. The first session of a new Isos run is always fun.

Hopefully will be there next week.

Bro and I ended the night at 14. We ran mostly at 8x at -1 until after our first radio, then pumped it to +1 for the rest of the night. I must say, this was oddly one of the most fun things I've ever done.

Team Kong did attempt to sweep a bit in Perez after hitting level 4, but I think fighting +3s with no slots in your powers is probably not the best idea. It wasn't completely terrible, but I was a couple of tabs behind team Hamster when we joined up.

Well, we also wasted a bit of time street sweeping in Atlas to get a last tap to 5 to go into KR. In hindsite, should have done the street sweeping in KR.

Ryxx; low level teaming is always a different experience. Especially red side; most of us never even KNEW there were boss level Infected.

I remember the first Isos run, it was the only time I had ever seen a boss level Contaminated.

Now with the O-Zone mission almost everybody has seen them.

Team No heal. aka Team Toril

Did pretty much the same thing ended ~13-14.

I must say Ta/arch defender is fun.

Posted

How can you call Toril's team "no heal" there was clearly a Traps who had triage beacon.

I was 90% sure I wasn't coming to isolaters lastnight then had a last minute change of heart. I paid for it this morning, 1 can of coke and 2 cups of coffee later, I was still feeling groggy and trapped in a surgical case till 2pm trying not to think about peeing.

Why is this directed at me? Ele and I really are different people >.> I think he meant this (Isolators) was fun. He usually lets me PL him through the first while because it's hard to find competent players on the fly at super low levels.

The tanking was a little difficult with two scrappers running lightning field and I only chilling embrace; I had to Des ahead just to get initial aggro. Never taken taunt this early before, and I'm loving the free end cost on it now.

Yea so, I think the world of AE-ing is starting to die a little bit. Does anybody else agree with me, or is this my imagination?

I do remember, about 7 months ago when AE wasn't so strong(then i had a different account), then about 3 months ago, everytime I went into the Cap AE building, i couldn'[t go in there without lagging or there being at least 30+ peeps in there.

So, why has it slown down?
