Not for me, but others might take it seriously.

I should put a disclaimer in my sig.

*Nothing that ScooterTwo says should infact be taken as anything other than sarcasm, including this statement. Any statements made by ScooterTwo do not reflect the opinions and policies of anyone including ScooterTwo*

but then I would lose my NASCAR sig banners.

Just an FYI, I'll be out the month of Oct. I standing up a new project, and it requires that I work the night shift. I'll just have to catch up during my off times.

Looks like most/a lot of people ended around level 20.

Totally forgot to slot level 15 IO's before this session, not sure what I'm going to do now. This level range tends to suck a bit with nothing slotting, but I hate the idea of making a few of level 20's just for one session. I was going to respec into flight at SO level through, so I might craft all 20's and then strip 10 off when I respec into flight.

Team Hamster ran the first two Faultline arcs, a round of safeguard, and a Steel Canyon chick's Tsoo mission before calling it at a night around 11. Heading back to Faultine next week I suppose.

Oh good. I was going to (and probably will still) ask someone to help me move some influence to the Iso toon.

LOL - I am just not used to being poor.. tried to buy some things at the market.. couldn't.. and I am like "What!?" "What the *$&#?!".. and then ... "oohhh"

Kinda like that moment in the Iso mission where I had the hostage.. but didn't know I did.. even though she was following me around... AND had an ice shield... hmm.. I dunno.. Maybe I thought it was a teammate that reeeaaallly liked me. /e hide in embarrassment

Good thing I had a fallback excuse... "I blamed Voo" and moved onto the next mission. : )

Was on team Kong. Sorry for being a few minutes late.

Made sure everyone was 15 and then jumped into Faultline blazed through Jimmy's and Penny's arcs and we were woefully short of the brass ring of level 20.

I had to stop at 19.8 after a couple scanner missions.

Fun, badges and MG and me turning Shayla into the Eiffel tower.

LOL still trying to figure out that reference.. I have an idea..

I swear.. I have had more blond moments this week than all of.. umm.. last week.

It was a fun night.

I had fun playing with my Defender's powers late last night, so I'll look all spiffy for next weeks run. The other two sonics on the team were making me feel behind the curve.

I was on team chatty last night: no one was talking! It's kind of ironic, too, considering we had three heroes with sonic powers, too. Made it to 19.1 myself, which wasn't bad, considering I was level 12 when I started. That xp boost is crazy ridiculous.

I was thinking the same thing GP.

I started at level 12.7 and ended up at 20.2 on Weds session.

Wish they'd just make the lower levels less painful rather then just making it so you level past it so fast.

Eliminate trainers.
Eliminate DO's.
Cut out most of the lower level contacts. There's too many of them.
Cut out most of the low level street sweep missions.
Move up the phone call to one mission or automatic.

While I don't agree with your whole list (I don't mind having to train somewhere), I do agree that they should have worked on improving those first 20 levels, rather than upping their xp. There is SOME fun stuff to do in there, and they could have just tweaked the other stuff to make it better, in all honesty.

The accuracy boost was a very good idea, as it is annoying to miss, and you do so more often before SO levels.

Another bad thing about this xp boost to low levels, is that it's going to make later levels seem REALLY slow in comparison. I think they had it all balanced pretty well before. Also, leveling this fast kind of takes some of the fun out of it. It feels great when you level in the 30s and 40s, as it's a bit longer between getting more powers and slots. Being able to gain 7 levels in 2 hours of regular (no farming) gameplay is just silly. It works okay for the first ten levels, I suppose, but after that, it's way too fast.

And really, adding an endurance mechanic like the accuracy mechanic for level 1-20 would have been better than this. It's like they're acknowledging things 1-20 aren't good enough, and want to let us fast forward through it, which isn't good (nor entirely accurate of all the 1-20 content).

Trainers.

TO's.

The crappiest form of enhancements.

Ah, gotcha. Trainers to me means the heroes that we train up with, heh. I personally think there is some merit to the variance between DO and SO levels, as it can help you feel tougher, bigger, etc. But TOs, not so much. They can help a little, but you pretty much have to slot heavily to notice anything, like 3 slots for accuracy. It's kind of counter to how the system works most of the time, so having DO levels from the start would probably be better.

Agreed.

Bad idea. Why ever cut out content once it's been created? Certainly, the Devs should focus on the 20 - 50 game from here on out, but having a lot of low level content means you don't have to take the same path with every alt.

Well, the problem is that there's dozens of 1-20 contacts, but most of them only give out 2-4 door missions and then 20 street sweeps. I think we can safely combine a few of them.

The first rule of... Yeah, someone was gonna go there. I'm all sittin' and waitn' whilst I catch up on the boards. So there's at least one Iso ready to go.

P.S. Don't forget there's a patch everyone. Don't wanna end up late(er) do ya?
