"Good PvPers" left in i13 because the game's PvP system became too easy/uncompetative. There isn't nearly as much room to employ skill as there was.
As for other people being better in i13... No, they just don't look as bad - and there aren't as many "good" players that care enough to make them look bad. The Detective's evidence:

Honestly once i got used to the idea that EVERYONE (including my friends) will attack me in a PvP zone i was able to just have fun. I die alot sure, then again i like squishies so i am already used to that. Lighten up and i sugest you either get used to it or go to arena. Cause honestly I consider myself a really nice person and you make me want to just hunt you down in RV and kill you based on the comments you (sentry especially) made here.
Maybe i am hanging around the wrong people i think Enrious and Toona are making me jadded.

After a rather boring 10 minutes, I phased as sudden death started, popped two greens, unphased, and hit him with Impale. Of course it was a cheap kill, but it made me chuckle. |

If you were good before I13, you're still good now. If you weren't good before I13, you probably get an open-zone kill here and there and have a huge head because of it (yes I'm talking to you). Worse still, you constantly compare PvP in this game to genocide or other illegal activities, which makes me wonder why you haven't sought professional help yet. Seriously, if you lose in a no-insp duel on an SS/Fire with Aid Self against a Blaster with no Hibernate or Phase, you are really terrible and what you have to say has zero weight with the rest of us. Btw, Sentry.
I wouldn't need numbers to kill you, I am solo almost all the time in RV, ask quite a few people in here, my stalker isn't a joke, being under attack from 3-4 people and me just walking away is quite common.
I would also suggest that you d/l test server and copy some toons over there, i would very VERY much like to kill you with my healer.
If brains were dynamite, I very much doubt you would have enough to blow your nose.
