Hint from another fellow father: Sleep when the baby does, explain things in ways they'll understand, and when the fateful question 'Where do babies come from?' is asked, ask what they mean - you may be surprised and entertained by what they say next (when I was asked as a youngster to explain what I meant, I asked whether you ordered them from a catalogue or went into a shop).

I just wanted to announce the birth of new Hero (or maybe a Villain)
On the morning 18th July a baby boy was born to us. All is well and we are tired, short of time and absolutely up to our ears in love.
