Snowman Competition

With temperatures set to plunge and some weather coming across from Russia we are supposed to be getting anything up to 20cm of snowfall tonight here in the UK. How about whenever it falls for you we have a snowman competition.

Anything CoH/V-related, Snow or Ice sculpted. Maybe some MMO websites will be interested in showcasing any entries.

It snowed today!
I would of built a snowman but one centimetre of snow meant it would of been to small to see.

It's not running away. It's advancing in reverse!

Well, so far today we've had about 4-5cm where I live... Today was the "light snow showers" forecast, and there was a near blizzard this afternoon. Wonder what the morning will bring, with it's "heavy snow" forecast!

Yeah, but you're off your rocker if you think I'm going on in it... It's freezing out there!

My limited skills might provide a sort-of shivan/snowbeast wannabee! With some luck and help from the Nemesis art department...

...it is, after all, a Nemesis plot!

Sadly - the only snow i've seen today was at the Ice Hockey match, 60 miles away.. We never seen to get any snow in Swindon!

If there's any tomorrow during the day, when i get home from work i may attempt to make a mini isit hotinhere - without the fire, ofc

Woken up to about... 5 cm of snow in the East Midlands area. And now I'm gonna drive to work through it

Woken up to about... nothing. Is a lovely day outside; a trifle chilly but not even a frost. Possibly some light rain later.

Posted

...swindon.... still no snow.

Just arrived at the office after a 60 mile 'trek' through a blizzard in Reading. COuld possibly build a snowman at the office, but leaving lunchtime to head home again, as it's supposed to get worse during the day.

No mini snow-Isit at home, but potentially one outside my works window

I kinda miss the snow after moving south. Just a grey boring winter down here.

Still recall that winter where we got some winds from siberia and temperature was down to -52 C. Or that winter where it snowed over a meter during the day. Or last year, when i actually managed to put a dent in my car. Was a thick layer of ice on the road, then raining ontop of that, and i was pulling up to my works parking long and it's around a 15-20 degree slope downwards, the rear of my car just lost all traction and i slowly slid down the slode sideways and banged the rear side of my car into a parked pickup truck.

The snow is around 30cm (12 inches) here (Surrey). I don't need to build a snowman, since they are building themselves all over the garden. I think they are going to attack soon...

I really should do something about this signature.

8 inches (18cm) of snow here in Surrey.... and it's still falling steadily.
They're predicting another 8 or more inches to fall within the next 12 hours
