I will break it down to elementary managerial level for you to understand it.BCG matrix product placement method categorises products based on Business growth rate and relative market share position.4 categories : Star (high growth,high market share),Questionamrks (high growth,small market share),Dogs (small growth,small share),Cash cows (small growth,large market share).
You wanna take a wild guess where CoX fall unders this very elementary product portfolio method?Ding Ding u got it!Its a cash cow.It has a low growth rate by now due to a large product cycle but keeps a high market share (in fact a monopoly).As long as this product remains with that share it will be a cash cow.So the subs are healthy enough obviously while any gain is good and of course can always help in preparing brand awareness for upcoming star products of the same company ----> CoX2 anyone?

Regardless of the way he speaks to you and in what manner as well, is it really worth lowering yourself to that level with responses and analysis of responses which isn't related to the original point?

Being superior to LB aint difficult, and making him feel 3" tall would be adding 2" to his intelectual hight. However, it has no effect, as he is completly certain of his own rightousness, despite all evidence to the contrary. As such, there is nothing immoral about making belittling comments if we know the target cannot be harmed by them in any way.

If that's your attitude towards other people, regardless of who they are, then it is no wonder why these forums are rife with pointless arguments and silly, immature behaviour. And you think he is the only one who is "self righteous" when it comes to their own opinion? I am starting to see why many players do not come to these forums, because if they stated something they believed to be true they would be met with responses that would be inconstructive and, as you stated, "self righteous". Instead they should be recieving responses which are respectful, regardless of any previous words that have come from them (which requires a certain level of maturity, that I am starting to see falter a little). And if needs be, if you feel the need to prove someone wrong about a statement they call fact, then post some evidence up (if there is any - and with the tinternet its probably possible) instead of making belittling, antagonising comments.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with it. I don't think ANY of us here can argue that having more subs isn't a good thing... What tends to annoy people is the manner in which you go about telling us your ideas. You carp on about the NC marketing people being idiots and that unless they do exactly what you say, the game is going to die... Well, I'm sorry, but THEY are the experts when it comes to marketing an MMO, not you. You might be good in your particular part of the marketing world, but that doesn't mean you know what's needed in the MMO world, nor do you know what they have planned for the game.
By all means, offer ideas as to ways NC can promote the game, we ALL like ideas and they're good for the game. But please, don't offer them as the absolute be all and end all of what NC *must* do, as you don't know what's needed anymore than the rest of us, in the MMO market.

I'd love to see a system where we have our AT's, but instead of Primary and Secondary sets we can custom each power. So say, Scrapper you can give yourself a melee attack with a blade that swirls in darkness, say with an animation like Flashing Steel, that does Lethal/Negative Damage.
