I think you'd better speak to 'The Top Dev' about i13 then cos if that isn't bullying I don't know what is!

Here you can play against 1 opponent with no one else interfering on either side and there are no NPC and not any safe areas to run to.

You will learn in here what powers work well against which AT's and Sets. You will learn how to move well. You will learn which or your strengths overcome which weaknesses in your opponent. You will learn what your weaknesses are and maybe how to compensate. You will learn how to stop your opponent's movement.

PvP is so different from PvE that your chain will have to change. No longer will PA, AoE hold get you any results in the arena.

I agree with the OP. Could probably have been put better but I can't be arsed to go on a fact finding mission. 4 second holds are crud. Res to holds is crud. DR is crud. Healing Surpression is crud. Movement surpression is crud.

This all wouldn;t be so crud if we just hadn't had a glimpse of how good PvP could have been and indeed was in this game at one point. I agree that things needed to be addressed but the wrong things were addressed and in the wrong way.

The PvP I used to know and love is dead.

Rent would still hang around - only so he could 'groom' young boys though!

My money is on Rent. Syphon speed doesn't do that much to prevent someone from jumping which is all it takes for a heal to miss and it also does a lot less if they have resistence to slows too.

We could still beat their faces in and take their stoof!

Insps are fair as everyone has access to them and they directly counter each other.

Yellow = Purple

For other things like end drain there are blues, mezz there are bfs (though not as useful now they can still be used).

Anyone who doesn't think PvP sucks now must be a very "special" person.
