Also some more cool emotes, animations for dances and maybe air guitar emote. All jut purley cosmetic but be nice to have.
As for further zones maybe the space zone, or make the shards open to both heros + villians and give them a revamp ?

Some new missions and a few TF's/SF's would be a start.
ah hell, may as well chime in. new beginner missions/arcs for heroes running from 1-10, either a new zone or another one or two beginning contacts for villains. Couple more Villain-side exclusive SFs. I like the idea of more zones for villains, but then i see all the near-empty hero zones and would rather see some of those just opened up to villains. (like Boomtown, split into 3 sections. 1 each for Hero and Villain PvE, and the center or 3rd section is H/V PvP)
couple new powersets for each set, and not just proliferation. i've seen good ones suggested all the time, so ill leave what sets for who to people much better at it than i am, as long Magnetic and Energy Control sets are involved.
this is the one that may or may not get me shot, either dial back the xp gain or increase the amount of debt, or decrease all the ways to knock of debt. maybe it's just me, but we level so fast sometimes it's way WAY easy to miss content even if you try to take it slow. i know there is turning off XP, but i dunno, that doesnt seem like the fix im looking for. but that's just me. otherwise, im always good with more cooler costume pieces, and one day allowing us to slot the origin specific inherent powers.

1. Graphics/engine overhaul for the next "game generation"
2. Weather effects (not just for powers--for zones... raining, snow, etc.)
3. lvl 1-35 hero/villain co-op zone
4. Hero/Villain market merger (or an alternate solution to market inflation)
5. Destructable environments in-instances (outside might cause a bunch of griefing)
6. More *epic* "solo-able" task forces like the Mender Silos one
7. 3rd and 4th builds added (so I can further expand my Kheldian's abilities...hehe)
8. More zones, like, say, an underground city (Nemesis?) or underwater city (Atlantis/similar city--and no, I don't mean caves)... or "city in the sky"
9. Water powers (i.e. pelting rain, tidal wave, swamp, water pet, etc.)
10. Base expansion/building capabilities/more items to place/more themes to work with other than tech and magic
11. The ability (in the future) to, for a *decent* price, transfer ALL (or selected) characters PLUS your base from one server to a less populated/more populated server, depending on what your preference is...

Dude, I got 27 or more characters to lvl up (and more to make once later issues are released), so... No, no, no, no, and more NO to that!
Also, the game doesn't truly start for me until I hit lvl 35+ and start slotting IOs... Having all the powers to work with for strategies, and figuring out how to maximize use of those powers/set bonuses IS the game for me... I will second the idea of soloable "epic" content, completely outside the regular contact progression. That way people who are capable of completing it can choose to do so, and those who are not, can avoid it completely. New content should be divided into "challenging" and "not-so challenging" to accomodate different playstyles, rather than ramping up the difficulty of everything. A player should be able to go from 1-50, running regular content, NOT papers, without ever encountering an AV, if they know which contacts to avoid. AVs have gone from Task Force and high-end content, to being everywhere. Seriously devs, enough AVs. There are more interesting ways to challenge a team than throwing a bag of hit points at them. (This wish may or may not have something to do with the Dominator I recently rolled. Or maybe with all the trips to Bloody Bay my Corruptor had to make on the road from 40-50)
With the existence of Ouroboros there is NO reason why existing game content can't evolve. The old content can still be available through Ouroboros.

I would like a scrapper/Tanker/Brute/Stalker Powerset called "Whips n Chains".

Revamp dead zones, Boomtown, etc.
Add in new mission sets because I'm getting tired of seeing the same maps and designs over and over again to the point I have a number of maps memorized.
Bases because outside of the PvP debacle, there's nothing more that's been hinted at, supposedly worked on, and yet vastly hasn't been delivered.
Reworking of the defender inherit because I can't imagine defender numbers are going up after GR and they are one of the worst for end game levels being played as is.
- Split maintenance between East and West coast for all NON UPDATE maintenance periods. East coast for 2 hours, then west coast for 2 hours, or vice versa.
- Change regular maintenance to Monday/Thursday instead of Monday/Friday
- Recipe storage
- Global account-based storage for anything -- enhancements, salvage, recipes, inspirations, 'non-tradable' salvage like Reward Merits.
Perhaps restricted to Global Account Villains and Global Account Heroes, since the markets are detached/separate. - 7 year Vet Award: Ability to skip to ANY desired level (even a L50) from creation of new character.
- Amalgamation of all 'bonus' powers/features as they accrue past 5 years, so that they are available to all (special costume bonuses, powers from various booster packs etc). That is, you get up to 5 years of 'being special' with your purchased special power, but 5 years after inception, they are awarded to all.
- Better/revamped BASE editor -- it has always sucked, hard, and it has never gotten better, only worse.
- Merge the Tram lines, add hazard zones to tram lines (so I can go from Atlas to Boom, or Peregrine to KR without multiple trips).
- Get RID of the door open/door closed "blockers" to accessing zones -- that is, remove the tram station requirement for a 'tram' to be there. Remove Pocket D 'delay' in accessing exit door, because someone else just 'used' it'; stop Cimerora final battle from being a lagfest waiting for the big doors to be 'clickable'. That kind of thing.
- Increase Global Channels per account from 10 to 50.
- Increase Slots Per Server from max of 36 to 50.
- Increase "basic" slots per server from 12 to 20.
- Have a command for 'quit to logon screen' which doesn't have a 30 second delay and doesn't require accessing a menu. (/buycoh has drawbacks).

And given that we have a range of unusual and alien metabolisms there's no saying that a character couldn't be incredibly fat whilst being a world-class athlete.
BTW - Does fat give res(all but Psi)? I guess it gives a def debuff though...
