Feature, Rachel, feature!
you know, it WAS alternate animation selection for martial arts. i will want more animations, of course, heck, if it were up to me wed have ones for shaolin form kung-fu as well as mantis style, drunken monkey style and 5 animal style, muai-thai, tang-soo-do/tae kwon do, shotokan karate, capoeria, savate, and street brawling. but overall what i wanted MAY have gotten bulls eyed . i wont be sure till open beta, and it could go wrong, but if it goes right it will be my main request fulfilled.
throwing or weaponizing background objects. like tossing cars or using a tree like a massive baseball bat.
a "raygun" styled powerset, im guessing it might work as a defender/corrupter buff and ranged damage set, but one that captures the over the top nature of the pulp sci fi ray guns, with freeze rays, shrink rays, and such.
id love an underwater zone with water powers and an epic at shapeshifter with aquatic forms.
actually cross server pvp zones would be pretty nice. i'm not hardcore enough to try to hit the arenas, but a good packed pvp zone is a lot of fun, provided everyone in zone has their basic social skills enabled.

Melee/Buff Archetype.
Give them Defender damage mods, or Mastermind buff mods or whatever. Defenders/Corruptors do it at range. Why can't someone have the same amount of damage but close to melee? Closing to melee is inherently weaker.
Katana/Kinetics
Super Strength/Radiation
War Mace/Empathy.

I had wrote this up awhile ago. Called it the "Guardian AT"
I had it at .9 for most AT mods.
The City of Heroes Community is a special one and I will always look fondly on my times arguing, discussing and playing with you all. Thanks and thanks to the developers for a special experience.

Because the way you play is somehow superior to the way other people play?
You want this game to TANK don't you?
for hamidon to actually seem like it matters.
for instance: in the hive have it start moving up the hill and beat against the war wall.
as a large blob of goop have it split into 2 or something.

Kittens give Morbo gas.
Anyways...
I think what is most needed are more available slots on Virtue.
So, allow me to purchase more slots on my home server.
It looks like you will just keep adding sets to the game, and therefor I will just keep making characters.
Will Going Rogue open up 4 more character slots when we purchase it like CoV did?
A better LFT/LFM tool.
A more appealing and dynamic environment

<ul type="square">[*]A Valut-type Recipe storage per Character[*]Promotion/Demotion in a SG for off-line Characters (SL Rank only)[*]More 'Mundane' Tech items (Desktop Computers, tool kits, ect.) that can be placed on desks/cabinets and the like.[*]An ankle-high boot/tights pattern (All model types)[*]A per account, per server, per side Infulence/Infamy 'Bank'[/list]
I think that's about it.
Thnak you for the time...
Hrm. Features. And only one, eh? And the one feature I want the most?
I think a transparency slider for skin would be very cool, but not everyone could use that. (The undead and dimensional shifters would dig it tho.) But it's not my favorite.
Supersonic flight rates really high. But not everyone flies.
An honest-to-God brawling set to go with Willpower. [joygasm] That's sweet. But...
A kinetic staff? Getting closer.
A recipe storage device for the base? Whoah nelly!!
A massive patch with tons of bug fixes, a graphics upgrade, and whatever cool new powers they can proliferate? I'm all on board, baby.
But a feature? An honest to goodness feature?
A zone, in space. An asteroid field. Zero-G combat if you move too far away from the surface. Takes the shadow shard to a whole new level.
Yeah, that'd be it for me.

Revamped content for 1-20 on both sides. RPG-style choices.
[/ QUOTE ]
Something is seriously wrong. I agree with Angry... again. (And more lowbie redside content variety, as well...) If they happen to be able to make the arcs branch... so much the better.
Would hundreds of new mission maps count as one feature?
At this point....
The ability to "try" and do any TF with a team of 2-4. Perhaps add in the ability to add team members to a TF in progress.
As it currently stands I don't want to Team with a bunch of strangers who has no interest in taking their time to do a TF because they just want the reward at the end of it. It's impossible to really enjoy an Arc when you are being pushed through it and everyone is telling you before hand what to expect. The system right now forces us to group with people like that.
An arc that has you saving the world [in some random way] with the final mission having you go to atlas park for your celebration where the civilians of paragon come to greet their new hero.
Upon standing upon the top of the podium, the final ambush happens and an all out brawl happens. The civilians all scatter [and are untargetable since civilians] while you and a few random hero NPCs try to defeat the villains crashing your party.
^^^^ Would play that nonstop.
A sensible neckline in 'Tops with Skin' for females.
Merged markets
Followed closely by no minimums on TF's
I want there to be a auto-drop after X amount of time on global channels. The main channel for Justice is now starting on its fourth incarnation because the previous channels are full. Having the system remove accounts from a channel after not having logged on for 60 or 90 days would go a long way toward clearing out the deadwood and keep the channels available for active players.

A large separate biography tab for characters to write their back stories or a much larger description area.
The colored and transparent chat bubbles to finally be fixed.
Hi Bookeeper Jay, hope your doing well.
I'm another who can't decide on just one feature, so here's my "the sky's the limit" list:
Completely revamp level 1-20 content. Someone else mentioned 'choice' storylines (you can choose from Actions A, B or C, and the result will present you with new sets of choices, each different from the other); let's have these instead of the more linear storylines, please. This will tie in with the already-existing "roll an alt" feature such that players will want to try out different branches of storyline just as much as they want to try out new powersets.
Revamp Perez Park and Boomtown. Give us reasons to go there aside from the occasional contact sending us across 3 zones to get to a single mission and then leave that zone again. The branching storylines idea could help with this, but as it stands and IMO, these zones need Hollows- and Faultline-level facelifts.
Give me a reason, any reason, to make going to Galaxy City just as viable a choice as going to Atlas Park. IMO again, but it seems to me that there's a "natural" progression through the lower zones: Atlas Park, King's Row, Steel Canyon, Talos Island, with perhaps Faultline thrown in. Maybe the Hollows as well. I'm not claiming that no one ever goes to Skyway City or the other lower zones, but I don't think it's an accident that there's a University and a Midnighter's Club in Steel Canyon, but not Skyway. Where are the AE buildings? The Wentworth's? The (first) tailor? I think I keep coming back to the "branching storylines" idea, but it does seem to be a far-reaching way to give the "neglected" zones new purpose without doing a huge facelift. I recognize that redoing content in this manner would be quite the extensive undertaking.
Moving on, costumes. I'd like to see old costume parts updated; I think most would agree that a large part of the old stuff looks crude compared to the newer costume parts. I'm not talking about new parts (not yet), but a graphics tweak/update to existing costume pieces/patterns. I'd like to see the costume pieces that scream to be included in natural sets (I'm looking at you, Steampunk Boots). I'd like to see dozens of new animal parts. I'd like to see skin options for males. I'd like to see a trenchcoat variant or four, like a duster or a cloth coat. I'd like to see hair variations with hats. I'll go so far as to say I wouldn't mind paying for a costume pack (with items/options numbering in the hundreds, and mixing and matching pushing the possible combinations into the bajillions), with the condition that just as much if not more costume stuff, of equivalent cool factor, is included for free in an issue or series of consecutive issues.
I'll echo the merging of markets. What, exactly, is the argument against this, again? Maybe one of the reasons people (seem to) play more Blueside is because the market Redside is comparatively anemic? (Let's not get into other issues, such as less than half the number of zones Redside as Blueside)
I'd like an account-wide bank, not just server-wide. I want my villain on Champion to be able to withdraw an amount that my hero on Infinity put in. This might be an alternative to merging the markets, but I don't think so. Why can't we have both? Extra primo good!
There are lots of folks with multiple accounts. As it stands, on one account, you can purchase extra slots on a given server or transfer a character from one server to another for a fee. Let's say I have a level 40+ on the Justice server on my second account that has become a favorite of mine. However, the majority of the characters I like to play are on my first account, on the Pinnacle server, where I'm involved in quite an active SG. Sure, I could just reroll, but I'd like that character on this server, and never mind they're on different accounts. I recognize this would be a different type of transaction than any we've had to this point; I'm sure that Customer Service would have to be directly involved to verify the customer's information before switching across accounts like this. The extra work would likely make this type of transaction cost-prohibitive, but we're dreaming here, so I'd like to see it as an option.
I would like to see, as a lump delivery, say, every 18 months or so, at least 1 new primary and secondary powerset for each AT, not to include the HEATs or VEATs.
I'll bet I think of half-a-dozen other things as soon as I hit the submit button, but I'll stop for now.

Torn between a few features..
Ever since Supergroup bases were put in the game I've wanted to be able to log into my base when I log out there.
The ability to walk rather than run would be nice.
Some buff/debuff epic powerpools for scrappers. It'd be nice to give them something to offer when faced with the idiotic, buff/debuff only situations like Reichsman and The Honoree.
