Lol nice, I appreciate good sarcasm. 
If Fiery Melee got ported to Stalkers, EM would be seriously challenged for the title of King of PvP since Fiery has superior single target burst damage. The only thing that would keep Fiery Melee Stalkers in check is Fiery Aura opponents. Though Diminishing Returns would help with that a bit.
I think ultimately EM would retain the crown due to the stuns and the fact it is largely opponent's-armor-set-agnostic.
But you'd still see a lot of FM Stalkers.
Me among them.

I won't be 100% happy until I see an incarnation of devices make it to stalkers though... My preferred version of it below...

-Intense training (inherent +7% def to all)

-Tear gas
-Super-Body armor (Clone bane armor upgrade)
-Surveillance
-Web grenade
-Trip Mine

Heh with Blazing Aura being Hide, yes, it'd be really great damagewise.
It wouldn't be too painful... you just wouldn't be able to skip smoke grenade like so many blasters do.
The devices stalker would toss a smoke grenade, maybe two and fire off AS. The -tohit from the smoke and the -tohit+fear from AS coupled with the 9%-ish defense to all on the unslotted stalker make it decently survivable.
Slot in DO's for -tohit on smoke, +defense on hide and training, (potentially bringing numbers up to 15% defense, 8% -tohit(EASILY STACKED 3 TIMES)) And the power set suddenly starts to look like it's got decent mitigation capabilities.
Now consider the area denial of early caltrops on getting hide status, the AoE sleep on tear gas, the -recharge on web grenade, and just the hilarity of a stalker feeling the urge to toe bomb everything... You wouldn't be able to skip the powers you'd expect to skip, but it would still be a viable powerset

Looking at it again though, I do notice that the bane armor thing would be better off switching places with Tear Gas.
