Synonyms: expert, general practitioner, healer, intern, medic, physician, professor*, quack*, scientist, specialist, MD, bones, doc, medical person, medico, surgeon.
Yeah there's no way we could come to the conclusion that your "Main Doc" has the ability to heal.

Actually, the song contains some perfectly fine examples of dramatic irony and irony of fate. (As well as some misuses, but it's not as though all of the examples are misuses.)
