So I'm cruising around in Grandville and came across this image. I thought this was interestingly funny seeing these guys all together watching TV on a Saturday afternoon..lol. Not sure what that stuff is around the TV,..looks like left over Pizza and Chinese Food,..yum!

So, not sure if this was done for fun by the dev's or what but found it interesting enough to take a snap shot of it.

Funny Stuff!

Fusion,

the TV is a contact ... go up to it, click on it and you'll get a dialogue box. If you'd like more info, feel free to PM me.

It leads to one of the more surreal mission arcs in the game.
Missions start at 45 (?)

You unlock the TV as a contact by getting the exploration badge on the Grandville tower.

Hm, I must have gotten that one without noticing. Ok, I stand corrected. Now I know.

I've come to realize that all of my criminal tendencies and flamboyant fashion choices came from two sources: books and other reading material, and more importantly, video games. Video games and books. You can't forget the negative impact of the books too. If those books hadn't expanded my horizons, I would have just been a violent social misfit because of video games. One alone can do irreparable damage, but both together, well, you can see the results.

If you don't want your children to become violent criminals bent on world conquest, then you need to act immediately. Don't let them play video games. Keep them away from books. And you'd probably better keep them inside, too. I'd suggest that you replace those other activities with something better. Something that can heal them. I'd suggest Television. I often wish I'd watched more TV as a youth. Who knows what I could have been?

Because it would be just silly to share the info publicly for others to benefit from. ( I already know, but there are surely others who don't. I don't include the info here because someone else already has. I just found the "PM me for info about how to do this" to be a bit trite. )

TV hates Radio...but don't tell anyone.

Perhaps they just don't want to reveal anything that may spoil content for other players.

It'd be awesome if the critters watching TV would aggro if you stand in front of the TV and block it.

Yes, because "Get this exploration badge" is such a massive storyline spoiler... Where's the eyeroll emote when you need it?

Do the NPCs watching TV change from time to time? When I ran some TV missions on Saturday I could swear the Crey woman sitting on the ground with her legs crossed was wearing a skirt.

The group of disparate villians sitting around the boob tube made me do a double take too. And laugh my [deleted] off! Then I remember reading about a contact named Television and realized the TV had a yellow circle around it. Still, a very funny thing to run across in Grandville!

They respawn periodically, so yes.
