Has any one notice all the controllers lately?

I was on heroes today and i looked around and all i could find were controllers and controllers then there was some blasters and tankers. Is this just a freak thing that happened or is that really how it is now?

And what's wrong with trollers?

Most of those controllers are Fire/Kin to boot. I was in the MA working on a mission once, and out of eight people in the room, five were Fire/Kin Trollers.

Fixed that a bit for you Having been on an all kin STF, at least 2 were fire I believe, and it was ... so... awesome.

Everyone knows Super Strength / Willpower is a better farming combo than Fire Control / Kinetics anyway. Need moar brootz!

I end up making controllers a lot because of my thought process when making a hero.

I want ranged damage. Well okay then, blaster. But I want to be able to defend myself a little better than a blaster, so defender. But I can do almost as much damage as a defender with a controller, so controller.

Then I end up making an illusion controller because it has unkillable pets. The other sets can't match that!

MA has been behind many controllers gaining levels since for farming mishes its always nice to have trollers on hand. I have seen a huge increase in trollers since MA has been released.

Trollers are kinda hard to level til they bloom, the MA makes that a bit easier I suppose.

MA + arcs with boss groups + fire cages =

The game has become more farm friendsly ith MA, so your going to get more controllers, fire/kins most of all.

They were always there, but now they are all gathered in atlas.

Lately in like ever since MA came out. It just weird to see so many i remember when i was on there was only like 4 around my lvl and now there's like 20+, 16 being fire/kin of coarse.

You do mean Contankers right?
Because like.. Contankers can do everything.
They are true Tank Mages.
Perfection at every corner.

Ya they can even herd... gather. group up. pull. pull out of LOS...

They dont even need a team, they can be awesome all by themselves. OR they can team up and make you wish you were on your controller.

8 controller teams can MASH THROUGH EVERYTHING. There is no TF in this game an 8 troller team cant smash through. There is no TRIAL in this game a bunch of trollers cant handle.

If you did not know this to be fact, allow me to laugh at you now.

A friend of mind described Controllers to me this way when I first started playing...

"A controller can make a bad team good. A good controller can make a bad team great."

Maybe people are coming to that realization? Or, maybe, its just FOTM. Either way, people are playing. It's a good thing.

half the population of any given Wentworth's is liable to be fire/kins and it's been that way for a long time.
