I got my 60 month badge back on May 17. 
I've "been here" for 60 months, but I lapsed my account for a month or three over that time period. So I don't get my City Traveler badge for another three months... ARGH! August can't come soon enough, I tell ya!

I'll have 60 months in August.
Same as The Player here, 60 months but lapsed a little under 2 during...a bad time, let's say. I believe I'll get the reward in mid-June, but maybe July.
First thing I'm doing with it is swapping out Hasten on my Katana/SR for another attack. She's fast enough without it and I want Gambler's Cut. Other characters might get respecs too.
My 60 month status was retroactively penalized by two months.

Maybe one, or even a half month on my first account. Which is a shame, because I use the "younger" account, while my father and brother use the other one. I would really, really, REALLY like those early travel powers.

Should have been April 28th, but I lost a day from an expired credit card two years ago, and for some reason they pushed me back two extra days for this badge from earning the previous one.
The ride's been a little bumpy the last 9 months, but the game is still so totally worth it.

Got mine the other day. According to my account info I should have received it at the end of April, but it wasn't awarded. I had to petition to get it. No idea why. I asked in the help section and was told that some other people had issues getting it, too.
