July 4th.
It's pretty close to the release of CoH, and it's America's birthday. What better day would there be?

although since he picked my pick I'll go with June 28th.

Open beta will probably start Tuesday, May 26th (no developer in their right mind would allow open beta to begin on a holiday weekend), so with a little polish and a lot of feedback I'm betting that I15 will go live the last week in June.
