Needed: List of maps removed w/ 5/5 patch
The forest-on-fire map seems to have been removed. On the other hand, an outdoor Eden map was added, along with the Faultline Highrise map.
The Unique/Crey Clone Lab map is history as of today.

Shoot.
But I think I know why, had a clickie spawn in mid air on that map. Couldn't click without hover/flight as any movement results in interruption.

Drat. I used the forest fire map twice in my arc. I'd heard about glowies occasionally spawning the the air.

I am very upset by this. I used the burning forest map as the climax to my story and i didnt even realize it was gone untill i played through it with some friends and i ended up in ruined AP. I do hope this is addressed and returned

My one MA arc used both of these mission missions. Sorry devs, if there's a problematic spawn point in a map, remove the spawn point. Don't remove the map.
I am unbelievably mad about this. I'm about ready to give up on the MA entirely.

I have a 3 mission arc that starts in the unburning-forest in mission 1, and the burning in mission 3. Its supposed be that Crey are burning that forest down. Kinda hard to having Crey burning down a forest WITHOUT A BURNING FOREST!
Gone now does not mean gone for good. Critters have been taken out of the MA before and returned (though some of them walked a little funny afterward).

I was using a variant of an tech map on one of my arcs - gone. They really need to just fix the maps, not yank them.

I miss the forest fire map! How threatening does a summoned fire demon look in the middle of a non-burning map? Put him in the middle of a raging forest fire and he's an instant threat in a bad[censored] setting!

Which critters? I've asked a few folks I know who were in closed beta and they didn't know of any that had been removed AND returned.

I believe the Zig prisoners were pulled at one point, but are back as of this morning when I took a look.
I thought they replaced them with some other type of prisoner.
Man, you think Rikti Comm Officers were exploitable, you should have seen the original Zig prisoners, just piled up in Brickstown.

Perhaps they have to yank them to fix them, then return them at a later date. I know in beta there were several pulled from the list because they had bugs in MA, but it sounded like the intention was to reintroduce them later when things were ironed out.
I don't know if any have been reintroduced or not, but that doesn't mean they won't be.
Did they list all the maps removed?
Nope, as of yet no listing, in patch notes or anywhere else.

You say that as if it's an easy thing. I'm sure the intention is: remove the map, fix the map, return the map. Unfortunately, there's no way of knowing what the timeline of "fix the map" is. I would imagine i15 at the latest, hopefully before. Same with some of the removed critters.
Well that's just [censored] great. I spend a week writing this story that ends with the big bad lighting the Vagabond Forest on fire, including dialouge about this in the mission set up, and they just yank the damn thing without telling me, and I have no idea if it is ever coming back in any kind of reasonable timeline.
If this is how bugs are going to be handled, I'm done writing for MA.

OK so I got the patch from live today and read the patch notes. All about powers and badges...
So far so good. I then go to check to see if more folks have played my arcs and I see that the local copies of my first one is now unpublishable (it's a direct copy of what I'd initially published). Checking it I see that the map I'd used for the last mish is no longer selected and is missing from the Unique/Tech Labs list (it was Crey Hero Lab).
I checked around in other areas thinking maybe it was moved... to no avail.
Hoping against hope that the "if we make changes they won't affect previously published arcs" <ref?> statement would hold true for this instance, I tried to hit Play. I get the "you're entering Architect mode" dialog, but my contact doesn't display.
It appears that I'm going to have to go pick another map that turns the climax of this arc into a <meh/> feel. The ending battle and its' locale was one of the consistent positive comments I'd gotten on this arc; to lose that map diminishes the whole. I wish when I'd read the patch lists I'd seen a "List of map changes" so at least it wouldn't have felt so much like an "under the radar" change.
Now, it's possible that the map was removed errantly, and if so hopefully it will be back in a later patch. However, now I'm in a black hole.
Does anyone know of any other maps that were removed with this patch, and if so, can you post them here so it's out in the open?
