FIRK DING BLAST!
And here I was, proud of myself for having resisted buying the wedding pack...

I can't find it, but where exactly is that facemask from and what is it called? I've looked everywhere!
It's a Detail 1 and it's called Skull Mask.
Dispari has more than enough credability, and certainly doesn't need to borrow any from you.

Thanks. THat was driving me nuts!

Love the look you've got there Obsidius!
Daednu sporting her new outfit. Really like the fringe cape over the bolero look from the behind the character view.
[/ QUOTE ]
Wow, you can do that? I knew you could switch out the lower part with whatever cape you want, but that... <drools>

and Salagadoola got an upgrade

Don't get too attached to them...
Double cape details are about to go away.
I would suggest maybe PM'ing Posi and Jay asking, nay begging and pleading, for them to leave them as is.
I don't think Jay has any say in it. I think it's up to people like Posi. I believe there's a Sacred Rule (TM) that players are only supposed to ever have one cape. It may have to do with lag or something, but that's at least what I've heard when people mention things like the sybil outfits.
I just wonder if this means we can't do bolero + wings? Because my valkyrie is doing that right now.

Wings aren't a physics object in the same vein as capes. The Bolero is like the Tuxedo Jacket or the Trenchcoat. You can wing it up.

I hope so. I was worried if it was just "capes" or "back options" in general. I hope it stays because I have at least two costumes with wings + bolero.
Can you have wings with a trenchcoat? I was pretty sure you couldn't.

Yar, more than one cape system per character is something they're not allowed to do yet, because it increases the processing requirement for each character rendered, which is why only select NPCs can use such things. I suspect that in order to allow this, they'd have to up the minimum system requirements for the game.
But I digress. Still plenty we can do with only one cape system after all, as shown by these wonderful pictures I'll have to post some pics of my Warshade later in his new Baroque outfit. Just wish I could find a tricorner hat without a pirate theme
I absolutely love these, the thunderbolt works great for my Willpower Bind I use when I SoW! The collars and capes are nice, my only, ONLY complaint is that I can't not have the high collar, I had a mastermind that it didn't work with, but the over the arms look the new cape gives would have. However, that detracts from the pact little, IF any, SexyJay!
I thought it would be funny that perhaps the coding was in place along the lines of "Shazam" was embedded into a costume change with the thunderbolt, it would nerf you and change your name generically for like 30 seconds :P Though my guildmates pointed out that, though funny, there would be a riot :P
Again, never disappointing and super sexy as always, I away Jet packs, and the other three origins!
Regards,
-C.A.
I whipped this up for Reigndance as her third outfit. I have her combat tights, her civilian garb, and now a ceremonial getup.
Reigndance Ceremonial or as I jokingly think of it, Little Reign Riding Hood.

Surprised there isn't one. I'll start!
Two of my characters who got upgrades.

Your character in black and white looks awesome. I like the picture of her sitting on the pool table.

I posted these elsewhere.
Poor quality collage. Thanks to MS Paint.
Would love to get rid of the fur on this one.

Wow, that's a lovely pair of... wings...
Greatest costume EVER!
Flipping coin
Blade drawn
Blocked!
This collar's kinda tight
Nothing's there
Tired...
He looks kinda like Vergil or Nero from Devil May Cry, now
Wasn't on purpose. It's made even worse by the fact the he's supposed to be sort of like a "Devil Hunter".
...I totally want that jacket for Nanao now.
Ah well. I'll see if I can't mess around with her current set of costumes, and maybe change out some of her pieces in the process. It's been a long time since I updated her look.
My fire/kin got some new looks now
Phoenix Prey black outfit
Phoenix Prey red outfit
Another new costume! Psych-Out, my Psi/Mental Blaster using pieces from the Cyborg, Valkyrie, and Magic packs.
I'll eventually post a female costume. I can see the potential for a really seductive costume involving the bolero jacket and a few other mixed up pieces, I just can't seem to iron out the details yet.
My new character Astralist looks a lot like Psych-Out, I love the High Collar Cape combined with the simple look of tights.
Introducing my new mage, Astralist.

It's actually because of a budget. It's the computational badget for all of the various effects in the game. Even down to the static costume pieces. Check out how the new longier hair styles, suits, skirts, et al cling and move with the body. It takes computation time either from the processor and/or video card to render them.
They have target hardware specfications which sets the total processing available, they have a maximum number of complex MOBs they will be rendered. Divide the first by the second. And that gives you the total cycles avaiable to render your character. That's the budget they have to worth within. Capes in motion eat a lot of cycles. Evidently 2 mores chews up most if not all of the per character budget.
I'd love to have more complex costumes and multple auras. But I'd rather not have my Nvida 9800GT video card sounding like a jet engine turbine for just walking to City Hall in Atlas Park.

Good use of that very short V cape ... too bad we don't have more patterns for those very short capes.

How are people getting the arcane/ornate trim on the skirts?
For the life of me I can't figure out how to do that.
