Hostile Amy was happening before issue 13. Seems to only happen in rwz to me though.

Any character, any level, any AT, any server, any zone or instance:

If you have a power on auto-fire (like Hasten) and it activates when you log in or zone, the target (yourself in this case) is "unaffected" by the power and it begins to recharge as if it's been successfully used. Easiest way to replicate is to place Hasten on auto and log off for a while, then log back in.

Additionally...

This bug has been around since I13 - If you are mezzed in a PvP zone by an attack that also has a knockback/up component (such as Knockout Blow), your toggle knockback protection (Acrobatics, Integration, etc) will be ignored. Passive protection (base buffs, IOs, Increase Density) and click protection (Practiced Brawler, Active Defense) work as they should.

The "Chain Lightning" attack from the blue Hamidon mitos seems to jump almost indefinitely. During a Hamidon raid yesterday the "jump" power kept going from person to person well after the blue mitos were defeated, even after the raid was completed and many of us had zoned into Ouroboros. I have a very short demorecord of the incident in Ouroboros if it's needed.

Feature Name or Description: Mission Architect

Most of the time that I run this mission, certain objective won't spawn and make completing the mission impossible. It is a cargo ship map, and the objectives that down spawn are usually the Destructible Object, or the Rikti Boss spawn that happens after the object is destroyed.

Objectives: Free Captive, Fight Boss (Jance).

Defeating Jance leads to another boss fight. Boss: Mercurial Magenta.

Defeating Magenta spawns the destructible object, and the destructible object (once destroyed) spawns the Rikti AV and two optional Ally objectives.

I have done all I've could, short of changing the map (which I really don't want to do), to try to avoid this problem.

Bug Description:
The vertical height of the Navigation window is jumpy. This happens whenever changing selections in the expanded window, such as contacts or missions. The upper portion of the window briefly shrinks (down to its typical pre-I14 size, I think) and then regrows. This makes it hard to click the right spot, especially in laggy areas.

I realize the current mission area needs to be a little bigger for the MA Settings button, but on non-MA missions it looks like there's now an extra blank line of space below mission objectives, that wasn't there before. The typical height of that window post-I14 is now a bit taller than it's minimum, so it keeps reducing briefly whenver its text changes.

In short, can you permanently lock the vertical height of the collapsed Nav window to a fixed number? That would solve this problem.

Bug Description: I ran into a copy of my character in a T-Pose at the entrance to the third mission in the arc. I don't know when it appeared, but I first noticed it after I defeated an escaping boss right as it was about to escape. (It had the mission door open when I defeated it). The copy was set to default height, and was missing the cape (though it had the mantle, so that was probably because of the missing cape glitch). It also didn't seem to be using the lighting of the map, as you can see in the screenshot that my character and the copy seem to be lit differently.

Bug Description: Bosses in a Defeat Boss objective will not use designated emotes, instead doing the "waving for the enemy to bring it on, while punching my palm" emote. Even when I've assigned powersets without toggle powers, they still will not use emotes I've assigned to them.

Bug Description: Combatable Void Stalker spawned in Midnighter Club. I took my lvl 25 Warshade into the Steel Canyon Midnighter's Club, and parked for a few minutes by the front desk (bottom floor) while I was AFK for a few minutes. Came back and a Void Stalker had spawned under the right staircase at about -484 -18.2 217.7 . He was targetable and I was able to fight and defeat him inside the Midnighter's Club, a zone I thought was combat-restricted. Got XP and everything. He was close enough to see me, but didn't aggro, even after I attacked him.

Odd that this spawned in the first place. Even odder that the spawn point that appeared here in the "real" (live, non-MA) MidClub zone doesn't show up in MA missions when this map is used. In MA missions, the library portion of the Midnighter's Club doesn't seem to have a spawn point. (I think the MA map only uses the villain's MidClub library area, though.)

Bug Description: Personal force field doesn't appear to be functioning appropriately against PVE foes in PVP zones. Problems similiar to the overly powerful NPC's in PVP zones on i13 release is occurring. (In this case, an approximate 10-20% hit rate bonus through PFF).

Bug Description: My arc that I was testing completely disappeared. I have no idea where it went. It wasn't published, but I can still use the custom groups in other test arcs. None of those are saved. The arc was large (too large at one point), but I had edited it back to the high 90% range. This wasn't a farm; just a long, AV-heavy, custom enemy group arc. I also still have the text file under missions in my CoH folder. The arc is just plain gone.

If this has been addressed or talked about elsewhere, please point me in that directions.

Using Mission Architect to create custom characters, the Face sliders do nothing; if you set them, save, and come back, they've all reset to center.
I tried using the Shape tab, figuring at least I could get in the ballpark of what I wanted, but that also resets to Average1.

It'd be nice, for both contacts and custom enemies, to be able to actually set these values.

Bug Description:
1) Sometimes the leader of the team is unable to select a teammate's mission. This seems to happen most when the team is co-op playing a contact and all have identical missions but I haven't tested that.

2) All banners in my base are now white with the SG symbol. The banner's pattern seems to be missing.

Bug Description: On the Zigguraut ("Breakout") map, the medicine cabinets are still clickable objects that advise you you've found H.T.'s medication. I presume this should not be.

I'm seeing an intermittent bug where my Martial Arts scrapper's Crane Kick can appear to KB destructible objects in Architect missions. I say 'appear to' because the model moves, but becomes "out of range" at it's apparent new location. Using ranged attacks (Nemesis Staff FTW), the bolt appears to track to the items original location, but either spot is still "out of range" for melee.

Bug Description: The power hibernate from the ice mastery set does not appear with ice when toggled anymore. The power still takes effect and animations still go when turned on and off. I have witnesses that know this bug exists so it isn't just me that is seeing this. I am not sure if the same problem goes for tank ice armor or any other set that may contain this power, all I've seen it for is ice mastery.

Bug Description:
I entered the last mission on this arc and I had not UI. I could not bring up anything. I could not see me targeting anything, but I was. I could use any power binded to the keyboard, except those that unhide my gui items. I tried exiting the mission and re-entering, but it was still the same. I am not sure about chat.

This did occur earlier in the evening on when my SG and I ran my "All your bases" arc. That was the first mission. I ran that one with Darc Reign a lvl 33 Rad/Arrow DEF. It was ran after 9 pm EDT. In that case I died, but had to quit the game and restart it since I was out of awakens and my temp rez power was still recharging. I tried to trigger my SG global channel to indicate I had an issue, but I could not tell if anyone saw it. I also did not see any chat bubbles for the NPCs or from the players on my team.

This was a new glitch that I have not seen before.

The closest analogy I have is like watching a Demo record of a mission, no interface at all, but it was playable.

PMed Castle on this issue, just copying the PM so as to add the bug to this thread:
"Hey Castle! I couldn't find this issue in either the Known Issues or I14 Bug Thread, thought I'd PM you about it. The long and short is, SG Base Buff Temp Powers seem to have no effect. I didn't test them all, but I regularly use the Grant Invis, Increased Recharge Speed, and Knockback Increase. Before I14, the buffs from these powers would appear in the Combat Attributes window, and in Real Numbers. Afterwards, these buffs do not appear in these windows. It doesn't seem to an issue of these bonuses just not appearing, I can confirm that the Recharge Speed buff doesn't increase global recharge at all, by testing via my PermaDom(who used to not need hasten to keep Dom with the Recharge buff in I13)."

From Issues 8-13 the story arc icons were color-coded red for "mini-arcs" and yellow/gold for "major arcs" in the contact list. It is now difficult to see which arc type an icon represents, forcing players to hover the cursor over the icon.

It's possible it was in, or had just gone into, "Hall of Fame" status or something.

Bah couple bugs i've noticed

speed issues i seem to run slowly at first then speed up later in the map... it fixes itself after a bit
also noticable right after clicking on a glowie (usually when there;s lots close together)


Destroyable item, have noticed certain destroyable items are unattackable when you first encounter them hitting another mob/ targetting something else usually fixes this

Bug Description: 1 real bug, 1 interface problem.

Bug: We were in an architect mission, some of us died, we came back to the mission and could not get back in, as it said something about having to finish the existing mission first. We got everyone out of the mission, then we could get back in. This happened several times.

Later, we hit a 5 minute load time, and everyone quit. This was our first attempt at playing an Architect mission, and we were not impressed.

Interface issue:
It is not easy to figure out what missions are appropiate for a given level of player. We took a while finding missions that worked for Level 2 characters.

Is there some part of the interface that I am just flat out missiong? I'd love to see the best missions by the level range that they are good for. Some had first missions for level range 2-54, but the second mission would be lvl 5 minimum, and we were not sure that we could get that high from one mission.
