Discussion: Spring Fling Event Feb. 9th - 22nd!

This year’s annual Spring Fling event will kick off on Monday February 9th, including DJ Zero’s Pocket D Jubilee. Just head over to Pocket D, the space between Paragon City™ and The Rogue Isles™, where DJ Zero will be playing host again. Ganymede, Emissary of the God Eros, will be back, hoping to harness the primordial force of love, allowing Hero and Villain alike to lay down arms and join together to complete a host of missions.


Event Timing:

Start: Monday, February 9th, 8:59am PST / 11:59am EST

Finish: Sunday, February 22nd, 8:59pm PST / 11:59pm EST

Well, gratz to Manti and Sister on the one year anniversary, have they given birth to a little hero yet?

I'll be avoiding the co-op missions more than likely, dont have any character I absolutely must get those badges on.

DJ Zero. Wasn't he with Massive Attack back in the day? Yeah, I remember him, he played with Portishead and he does the beat on that new MGMT song. Awesome!

Ok, If there is nothing new added this year I may actually get some of my newly cherished alts up to speed on content here. If new stuff is being added for badges and stuff, then I'll just kick the little orphans back in the sewer and drudge up my Mains.

It does look that way. I'm not exactly disappointed, but I'm a little surprised. The Halloween and Winter events both got significant upgrades. Maybe there is a surprise in store for us?

We know that each time you take the mission from DJZ, there's an extra part of the mission title that changes each time (Like "Yes, Again", "We really mean it", etc.), and the reward window now includes inspirations for those that have run out of rewards to get.

This being from characters that still have the mission from previous events.

We were not able to schedule in a live update to this event this year, so please plan accordingly with mains and alts to enjoy the event as you desire.

Then buy it. PC users can buy the Mac pack. You get all the goodies plus a month of service.

You can get it now by purchasing the Mac Edition for $19.99 which will stack your one month of time, along with granting the costume set and mission teleporter to an active account. Just log into your PlayNC Master Account to upgrade.

Or

You can wait another month to purchase the costume set with mission teleporter for $9.99 which will be released around the second week of March.

Valkyrie Pack's been available for a bit now via the Mac Pack.

It's $19.99 ($15 free month + $5 Valkyrie Pack) through the PlayNC Store right now. The pack itself will be coming out Soon(tm) as a stand alone for $9.99

It doesn't matter if you run PC and just want the Pack, just buy the serial code and apply it to your existing account to unlock Shinies. You don't need a Mac or a new account to get it.

Any chance the Bridal Top will finally get a second color option for the lace to match the Bridal Skirt/Dress?

Didn't the Valentine Event get some new stuff last year? I wasn't really expecting anything new this year. Maybe next time.

The worst thing is, Spring Fling is just an advertising gimmick to get the wedding pack?

Thats how I read it... "Hey we arent adding anything new for you guys.. but dress up with the 9.99 wedding pack and do the same stuff you did previous years....."

Please make a new Badge for the event called "Love Me Not". And you have to do the Valentines mission like 400 time to get it.

That would be new... and about as much fun as the BNY mission.

I'm thinking it was more of a reminder that the pack exists. Not everyone has been here since the last event.
