Barista.

What? I like coffee. :< And have a Magical Girl hero that'd make a GREAT barista!

I find this fun, though a bit annoying as well. I wouldn't want a character to have a "day job" that went against concept, so where I log them out would become a tedious last task for each and every play session. Could probably just ignore it, but in the back of my mind it would still grate a bit.

"Millionaire Playboy"

Seriously. One of my character has more money than most countries, and he only 'plays' super hero because he's an arrogant rich snot.

[/ QUOTE ]

This.

Actually, one of my characters is a Mild-mannered Freelance Billionaire Playboy.

As opposed to the aggressive Billionaire Playboys who work in the Billionaire Playboy division of multinational conglomerates. I hear Deloitte-Touche-Tohmatsu's BP department is a really cushy setup.

Oh and is any one else expecting to hear "Don't quit your Day Job!" when anyone on the team dies?

EDIT: It could be the new grats.

I'd love to see some zone-specific jobs as well as location-specific, so people who spend a lot of time in, say, AP get recognised as such.

The "Quitter" Badge.

When you log out when defeated and do not use a wakie or go to the hospital. You VERY slowly repay XP debt, and if you repay enough debt like this you get the badge which helps you repay while off faster.

I have several characters that don't have "day jobs". will there be places for them to log out where they don't need to participate in this feature?

There's already a Raver badge, it's for beating up trolls during the troll rave event in Skyway. (Not the supatrolls, the normal ones that show up in the event itself and eventually turn into supatrolls.)

I think it will be fun to see what buildings pop up because of this. They did say there would be zone enhancements, which I am sure are things to go with the day job theme. Who knows, maybe Paragon City will finally have a gas station for all those cars and trucks to stop at.
