I ask because I will still be working in Expo until the M&G's about half over, yet I would like to come by and hobnob with people.

I'm in Ohio AND moving that weekend... the PPD Hardsuit is the best costume (IMO) from the halloween sets....

Why do the gods toy with me so?

Hopefully either PlayNC or a third party site will come up with another chance to win the missed costume like Massively.com did with the Comic-con one (by the way... DID they ever announce the winners?)

We're supposed to complain about it over here. Oh, and there are three costumes they're doing this with thus far.

I actually will be in Seattle on the last day of the event.

I'm wondering about the likelyhood of getting a costume card if I came in on that last day. It would certainly be worth the price of admission.

I'd also be paying a social cost as I'd have to ditch my wife on our vacation for a bit - but I can work that part out.

Any way of getting the card held for me if there's a limited number of them? Or is there a limited number held for each day so if I got in early enough I can score one?

The PDD costumes are just too good looking for me to pass this chance up!

We held a limited amount for each day of the show... folks always bombarded us with "Can I have one for..." so we try to be as fair as possible about making them last but also treating our community well. So in short the answer is yes, if you attend the last day, there will be a VIP pass.

Aww she can't be persuaded to come to PAX for an afternoon? There'll be lots of different kinds of games represented there, not just "serious business" types of computer and console games, but a lot of casual stuff too. Plus you could take her to out to the Cheescake Factory across the street from the convention center

i have 3 accounts...

heh well I managed to lure one of my friends back into CoH (I think he's finally getting bored of WoW) and got him to sign up for the M&G at PAX as well. He's already working at PAX (WotC/DDI booth).

One per badge at most and, as mentioned above, we only have so many per day.

Speaking of days, does PAX begin on Thursday night or Friday morning?

Perhaps more importantly, which day is the first day that the booth will be staffed?

Figure as I work next door, I may pop by at lunch time on Friday if you guys aren't there on Thursday night.
