Excellent job guys, great way to implement this. You even did almost exactly what I was thinking with the veteran rewards (makes them more worthwhile too).

My hope was that a purchased slot would apply to all servers - ie it would just be the size of our stable "in general", but alas. This is still great. Same cost to buy 5 slots as to do 2 moves (which is what I've been having to do lately)!

[/ QUOTE ]you pick the server, and add the slot to it, so only one free slot, not one on every server, that would be 12 free slots in that case. and no transfering unused slots from other servers. max is 36 slots per server.

I thank you and my alts thank you. Now my alts may actually have a chance to survive. In the past I would think of a great idea and create the character and then after a few weeks of playing them up to around 15 - 20 I would get another really great idea and have to delete them to create the new idea. Now my alt survival rate chances have just doubled at least! Thanks again. Dev Team FTW!!!

While this is great news, I'm a little confused by everyone orgasming over ONLY two slots across TWELVE servers (initially). Though as someone who plays pretty much exclusively on Virtue, i can see how it'd be wasteful to have extra slots on ALL servers.

Still, it kind of feels like we're chasing a dangling carrot, and we finally got a nibble of it. And everyone's super-excited over it.

The "Purchasable slot" prices also seem a touch high, especially considering how some people are going to make slots just to transfer characters over. But i guess $15 is a small price to pay to be anal =) I would've made 1 slot be like 3 bucks or something. My only justification is that I don't really understand where the money is going. Like, does it cost more electricity to house more character info on a server? Does someone need to be paid to manually update the character selection screen? My point is that $4.99 seems entirely arbitrary, so, why not make it a little lower? Ah well, not a huge deal.

So, "bravo, Devs" but some of you fanbois need to calm down =P
