Heh.. yeah, I notice now that the in game ones are "lacier", or maybe "fish-nettier". 
So you're saying that if you play primarily male characters, you're paying ten bucks for one usable item and a few emotes most guys are never going to do?
Don't get me wrong, I've got characters of both genders, and I love the look of the new stuff, but asking ten bucks for it - especially considering that between my wife and I we have four accounts - is just a bit extreme.
Where do we go from here?

One reason why they might be offering it via a purchase is these are very much things for V-Day and the V-Day event. They are bonii to enchance the event and not really that key to gameplay outside of the event.
So sure, you can make it available to everyone, but they are meant more so for the event and how many people will actually notice the additions? Or you can charge for it, draw attention to it that way, and people who are really into the game can go that extra mile and get some cool stuff that is unique and they will definitely use.

I'm very excited...I was just doing the Twilight's Son TF in ouroboros last night (which i hadn't done before) and really wanting the fashion show girls' costumes..and here they are!!!! This made my day. too bad i'm stuck at work for two more hours!!! thanks for this devs! p.s. i'm happy to pay, for i want the game to be around forever.

Why is that? The lack of a badge or temp power?
GvE was a badge, two temp powers, and two costumes.
WP is around 6 costumes (only the two tux variants are available for males) and four emotes, something which hasn't been done before.
Mechanically, it may be sparse, there are no new powers to play around with, but costume wise its pretty heavy, even if it is slanted to lace and formal wear.

Yes, but there's nice detail on those pieces. Honestly, I prefer this version of "Excess" to the other...

Feedback:
I can't find a way to change the interior colour of the bridal veil (hair). It doesn't seem to inherit from cape/trenchcoat interior colour, so I can't even seem to change it that way.
EDIT:
Also, the veil colour should not be linked to the hair colour. and really, it should allow at least some choice of hairstyle, not forcing you to use just the one.
Also, a proper list of the pieces, including what costume options the occupy would be wonderful, I have yet to find some of them.
Also, given this is a paid for pack and thus I can be a bit more demanding:
The Tux choices would be much better if they were available with or without the internal waistcoat and if you could change the waistcoat colour seperate from the lapels.
The price does seem a little steep for what you get. I was happy to buy it to support all the hardwork you guys and girls have put in, and to help fund further development. However, adding a little to the pack might help sweeten the deal for people. Maybe throw in some of the other pieces you have lying around from the pre-order/special editions?

I use the Pocket D teleporter and jump pack on pretty much all my characters and quite often. A lot less use would come from this pack IMO.
While the live roleplayed wedding will be interesting I wonder what they'll do about having someone showing up to ruin it all. You can't seriously expect with 100 attendents that you won't have some jerk(s) messing around and getting a kick out of being disruptive.
I would love to catch the whole thing on video with Fraps so hopefully a demo record won't screw things up. Wonder when the devs will bother to invest some time to fix them. They've been broken for how long now?.... since issue 7 as I recall.
I left the game for 3 months...still paid my script... just wanted a break....made my x-mas appearance to get my badges....
I thought I would come back and maybe start playing on a regular basis around V-Day.... But this $9.99 thing is insulting....

Although I might buy it anyhow, I'll have to agree. Sorry to be meh, but GvE spoiled alot of us. Customer parts, Jump Pack, and VIP teleport power, for the same price.
Although the RP crowd will probably pay for this, it might be too much for the casual player, especially since male characters apear to get less costume options, and they being mostly situational.
Can you throw in a formal loincloth for my gargoyle? I might be game then

Very limited use emotes. And hey, why not offer somethign the RP-fanatics will want, as well as the power-filled stuff like the GvE code?
I bought my upgrade as soon as I got the email..Love that female tux jacket, and the "with skin" costume options are lovely. I would love to see more like these in the future- they look like clothing, not body paint.
Now if we could get a proper fortunata butt cape, I would really be dancing. Heck, I would pay for that too!
