Thousand Cuts looks kinda goofy.. majority of the other animations look real slick, though. I hope the cast times are in line with the damage they put out.

Are you using your own computer or some campus network? If it's your own then you should be able to unblock it just as easily. If it's a campus network...well there are ways around that too, google is your friend.
Honestly though there are all kinds of internet cafes and free wireless all over the place. Invest in a laptop.

I watched the Powers Video, but one thing mentioned was that Willpower was the 'most popular defensive set requested'. I thought the most popular defensive set of the poll was Shields?
I understand that Shields are the most difficult of all of the defensive sets that were in the New Power Set Poll, which is why we won't be able to get it until later, but it should be noted that Willpower is one of the most requested defensive power sets (rather than the most requested)
Finally the sets I need to make my next toon. Have been wanting to make this concept guy for quite some time and the animations are like a dream come true. Great job BAB!!

That's a great-lookin powerset there, Castle... and a great looking trailer too! Thanks for describing how the power-combos will work, and thanks for making them so user-friendly.
One question though... if you have an attack on auto (with a green ring) will you be able to see the orange ring for the combo attack?
Also... Kudos to you guys actually putting some sound design and graphics work on this preview trailer! I was watching the trailer full screen on my MacBook at work and dreamed for just a moment that I was playing CoH on my Mac. Nice work to whomever put the video together!

WP was most requested -and- possible. It's my understanding that shields as a powerset just isn't possible right now. Granted, the game could change and it could be possible later, but who wants to wait a couple of years for a new powerset?

It's the coolest thing since they built the Cool Train to Cool Town where all the cool kids drink Kool-Aid. OH YEAH!
I love Dual Blades but it is obvious why they were created for this issue, weapon customization and Street Fighting wouldn't have been a fit with Issue 11. Here's hoping the next issue will give us some kind of Stylish fighting, after seeing what they have done with DB i'm excited about new sets.

Why is it that I can't get any of the CoH Windows media movies to play? I have the latest player and have zero problem with any other site. The CoH ones simply will not work.

Ok Ironik, here's the fix. Right click the link, hit properties and copy the entire FTP link. Go to Media Player, go to File and select "Open URL". In the box provided, paste the FTP link. The video will play as it should. Media Player has a problem with FTP sites.

After watching the video, I must say, the number of Pirates and Ninjas is going to increase ten-fold. I hope this is just a taste of the combo system and the will be combos for more power sets.
