So, these Invention Set enhancements are great, but they can drop from anywhere - Mobs, Missions, TFs, Trials... so how do you know where you are likely to be able to get hold of that enhancer that has been eluding you? Well that's what this thread is here for! With the information we collect here we will hopefully build up a complete database of what recipes are in which drop tables so you know whether to be concentrating on Missions, TFs or Trials (for example). If you don't know already, the Pools are (currently) as follows:<ul type="square">[*]Pool A - generic enemy drops ("very low" chance)[*]Pool B - generic mission complete (10% chance)[*]Pool C - generic TF/SF complete (100% chance on complete - plus via STF/LRSF reward window)[*]Pool D - generic Trial complete (via reward window)[/list]If you are interested in helping to develop this database then please reply to this thread each time you get a 'set recipe' drop (i.e. a non-common IO - which we know are all Pool A), indicating what it was you were doing when you got it. This is the sort of thing we're after...

We already have a lot of recipes covered from the closed Beta stage, and here is 'the story so far', but there is still much to do as we only have 24% of the Set Recipes covered so far.

NB: Some of these Enhancements may appear to be differently labelled than they are in game (particularly for Mez sets) - that is because some of them have changed during testing, and also some are currently mislabelled too - so I am going by the lists in Iakona's Spreadsheets for now. When you report enhancement drops please check that the name of the recipe corresponds to the enhancement it actually creates (by mouseover) and if it is different then please note down both and we can work out which one it is.

Well if you spot that a drop you are reporting differs from the list then definitely please post it up so we can try to establish which it should be, but I'm not too worried about trying to confirm every recipe with multiple reports at this stage. That said don't worry if you don't have time to check through the whole list and replies - better to have it in here twice than not at all.

** Note: The name of the Glimpse of the Abyss recipe suggests that it enhances fear and recharge, but two places in the long description of the recipe suggest that it enhances fear and range. Furthermore, the list of enhancements in the set show a fear/rng enhancement but no fear/rchg enhancement, so I suspect fear/range is what it actually does.

Just a quick note on this - at the moment I am working on the basis that Recipes from the STF/LRSF reward window are Pool C. It certainly seems to be consistent with the rest of the findings so far. I'll try to get Dev confirmation on that though.

Edit: Positron just replied to my PM and confirmed they are indeed Pool C.

I'm using the same masterlist as Arcanaville mentioned in her thread - though I'm using the version from Iakona's inventions planner spreadsheet (it should be the same though I think as Iakona entered the info on ParagonWiki). Right now several of the enhancements are labelled differently in game, but as the in-game descriptions haven't been completely changed themselves anyway (and several are also mislabelled between the recipe name and the enhancement they actually create), I'm using Iakona's older list until he updates it to reflect the current build on test. Where there are differences I am comparing with the Wentworth listings to try to ascertain which particular recipe it is likely to be on Iakona's list.

My current count is:

Pool A: 66
Pool B: 27
Pool C: 28
Pool D: 7

Total: 128 / 465 (27.5%)

[NB: I'm not including Costumes or Temp Power or Common / Basic Recipes as they are all taken to be Pool A.]
