WOW- talk about a blast form the past. I had forgotten this entirely, until I clicked that link and the memories came flooding back.

Wacky Races were some good stuff as was the original Tony Curtis, Jack Lemon, Peter Falk, and Larry Storch and the Great Race

Talk about strange... I read this thread earlier today, and when I turned on the TV tonight, expecting to watch Batman, Penelope Pitstop was on Boomerang.

And, now I'm going to be looking for that CD ^_^

Even better were the crappy knockoffs of the show. Such as Video Power, which featured a cartoon featuring the characters from various Acclaim games. These included Kuros from Wizards and Warriors, Tyrone the Basketball player from Arch-Rivals, Kwirk the tomato from... well, Kwirk, Bigfoot the Monster Trucks, and Max Force, one of the main characters of NARC.

Oh yeah, and Bigfoot talked.

If you get the "Saturday Morning Cartoons" music CD, they have a remixed version of that song combined with the Johnny Quest theme. They also have a bunch of other good song remixes, such as Gigantor, H.R. Puffnstuff, Underdog, and Speed Racer.

Now, when one looks at Penelope Yin's info, how would one know that there was any discussion involved? Hate to think that there's all this extra information that goes unnoticed because there's no link or sign that it's there.

Yeah, but it would be nice if you knew before you pushed the button whether or not there was discussion there.

And upon further investigation, I've just discovered that there is such a mechanic... if there's no discussion, the discussion tab is a little bit lighter.

He's a reference to the other two cops on Due South.

There was a long thread on the Test forum about the cop references in i8 but it's almost certainly been purged.
