Description of the bug:
No Hamidon enhancement is rewarded when the Hamidon is defeated in the Defeat Weakend Hamidon mission in the Lady Gray TF
[/ QUOTE ]
Not a bug. Its not supposed to, according to the GM we spoke to about it. -

As a warshade, I can not click on any bodies of rikti lts. Chief Mentalists, Chief Soldiers, etc. They are unclickable as soon as they drop. This is terribly frustrating as stygian circle and extracted essence won't fire.
[/ QUOTE ]
Ok qustion in this, you can target the list above when they are alive. It is after they fall that you can not target them?
[/ QUOTE ]
Right. However, in my experience, Stygian Circle works just fine with them. Its only the powers that actually require the corpse be targeted (Extract Essence, and whichever the Corpse Nuke is) that fail. -
The 'Defend Lady Grey' and 'Spring the Trap' missions both have an AV Lady Grey in them. The problem: This AV has a grand total of 956 hp. For comparisons sake, one of my Fire Imps has just over 1000. Lady Grey (leader of the Vanguard, and one of the most powerful meta-humans in Paragon) can be easily two shotted by some exploding Nemesis bots...
Something doesn't seem right about that. -

Has anyone else played their kheldian out there? Apparently the Vanguard's "don't ask, don't tell" policy applies to ALL villains including VOID HUNTERS!
There I was, helping out the vanguard during the Faultline/Fusionette mission, attacking some Rikti when I see the all too familiar profile of a Void. I wait, thinking surely the Vanguard will attack this interloper as well. Instead the VOID attacks the Rikti too?!
Now, I can see this being an actual story thing, Voids are here to kill aliens, what do they care whether that's Kheld or Rikti? So, I just wonder is this a bug, or plot?
Just to test I targeted him, wondering if he was like the Vanguard. Nope, he saw me and almost one-shot me, he was definitely hostile.
[/ QUOTE ]
I noticed that on my WS. It was kinda strange, since the Void spawned with a group of Vanguard soldiers (Vanguard didn't attack the void). So, watch out Khelds, even in friendly territory, Voids can spawn. -
Sooooo, Lighthouse......
Will the money I get from dupin rares be added to my total for Leader?
Cause, its about the only way I'm gonna get it otherwise...
Ok, serious now.
Seriously, thanks for all the work you guys/gals are doing for this. I know there's nothing more then looking at a batch of code, the only thing I know is that 'Fuction X' isn't working properly, so major props are due for finding, fixing, and correcting the problem(s). This games Community Support is one that keeps me coming back after my brief excursions into the land of EQ, WoW, and GW. -

Thank you Lighthouse for the information. I have some intelligence for ya - see, it was my fault. I turned 28 yesterday and decided to go on an evil spree - I snuck in to WW when no one was looking and put a tiny piece of code into the WW transaction computers. All it was supposed to do is round off the integers and transfer the money to an annonymous account - it worked a tad too well, I must have misplaced a decimal point. I am always doing things like that! [Kudos to whoever gets the movie reference first].

Office Space, which stole it from Superman 3. -

One thing to keep in mind with this reimbursement plan is that characters have a hard limit of 10 enhancements. If you have a character that engaged in a number of enhancement transactions, you would be well advised to keep that characters enhancement inventory clear. We will be giving as much advance notice as possible as to when the reimbursement process will take place.
[/ QUOTE ]
So, items will be inserted into the player inventory, rather than the transaction slots in WWs? I understand that there is a hard limit either way, but I would think there would be fewer problems with placing them into transaction slots versus storage slots. -

- Costumes. C'mon - account wide.
- Costumes - if they're not account wide, do what was done last halloween. I could get on a good team and *stay* on that good team, whether friends, SG, or a PUG, talking, laughing, getting salvage and trading for as much as I needed. None of this "Well, I have it on this character now, I have to log and - can we SK a level 5? Wait, you're going too, what level... did I get this last year?" stuff.
[/ QUOTE ]
Please. Too many of the costumes granted would be great for concept characters, but are pretty much worthless on a pre-built toon, unless you make the concept toon, run the missions and change the costume instantly.

- In-zone stuff. For christmas,it was obvious we had presents. Halloween, Jack and Eochai. Valentines' is tougher, true, but why isn't, say, Cupid hiding and making people find him? Then shooting someone at random giving them a "valentine" on his way to the next hiding spot? In zone stuff is visible, it had people excited (or at least wondering what was up,) and got people involved.
[/ QUOTE ]
I could take or leave this one. Halloween stuff was fun, but Christmas just got annoying after awhile, running around trying to click on a ton of presents for the badge.
[ QUOTE ]
- New areas. OK, not needed, and theyr'e a treat, but hard to do (and take up a lot of time.) Still, the ski slope was fun.
[/ QUOTE ]
Another one I could take or leave. I'd rather time and effort was spent on the other parts of the events than this. The Ski-Slope was pretty cool though.

- Badges. OK, I like "I was there" stuff - I see them as marking what a character has done. One at login, and others that can be done as part of the mission for those who want to collect - they'll be running the missions to farm them anyway if they're obsessed with badges. The login badge is another "reminder" that "Hey, we hve something going on!"
[/ QUOTE ]
I love my badges, but I got tired during Christmas of running the same mission over and over for the different badges. Can we at least change the missions?
[ QUOTE ]
- Give snaptooth a year or ten off. I'm so sick of seeing him now...
[/ QUOTE ]
/signed. A million times, /signed. Snaptooth is just annoying now. It was interesting last V-Day, odd that he'd be back for Baby New Year, and now just annoying.

- Encourage cross-side teaming in PD, but don't force it. People will want to do so anyway when they find out they can. And when it's possible... let the sides trade inspirations (only.) Having two villains and six heroes on the team - no empaths, nobody who can rez, and having all the respites in the hands of the heroes when a villain falls is annoying.
[/ QUOTE ]
Also agreed. Options are nice, being forced is bad. (See the Christmas event. At no point did you HAVE to have an opposite member on the team)
I'm also going to harp on the missions. After the first or second run through, it just became a formula. Run in, beat LT Snappy, run away, deal with spawns, come back, deal with Boss Snappy, run away, deal with spawns, come back, deal with EB Snappy.
Can we please have the mission change as we go through? Heck, even if Snappy had spawned somewhere different each time, it would have helped (although then it would have been stand by the portal, beat LT snappy, etc...)
Repeated Missions != FUN. -
Also during Doc Q, you fight, in this order:
Dr. Howard
Dr. Fine
Dr. Howard
Three Stooges, anyone? -
[ QUOTE ]
Are my dark defenders gonna be even worse? Is that even possible?
[/ QUOTE ]
You'll be a little better off facing higher level mobs once I7 comes. Until then, Yeah, you'll be worse. -
[ QUOTE ]
Ideally, the Enhancement change shouldve gone hand in hand with I7. To be honest, there was an error there. Unfortunately, we discovered that we couldnt pull the change out without jeopardizing the I7 release schedule. Right now, QA (at NCSoft and Cryptic) is working away at I7 and shaking out bugs. If we were to roll back this change, our teams would need to put I7 aside and retest the current build. I made the decision to stay the course instead.
[/ QUOTE ]
So, basically, you're saying "Don't bother to play anything that plans to survive based on ToHit DeBuffs (rad/dark/etc) until Issue 7 goes live"? Any chance of getting a temporary boost to those base values so we can remain effective until then? Or give us an idea of how long its going to be while all ToHit Debuffs are gimped?
Also, why couldn't a short version of this been in the patch notes? 99% of the complaints that have been floating around would have been dismissed. Instead, we get something about reducing all ToHit DeBuffs because of Hamidon Enhancements? Weren't we promised that the patch notes would at least try to be honest and accurate?
