I went looking for it last week, and couldn't find it. I was at the location listed in the Prima Guide, and it's just not there. When I went to a website (I don't remember which) it said where the badge was supposed to be (the exact same place), but that it's bugged.

According to the link you posted, the location is -220, 0, -2136. The Prima Guide lists -456.1, -.5, -2159.17. So I guess I'll take another looksee.

Before I7 went live I copied my villain to test to try out the patron I wanted. To avoid spoling any contact missions, I did nothing but paper and mayhem missions. I started at lvl 35 and either before 40 or 45 I got the Vandal badge. I can't remember which but I think it was 40 that I got it.

Of course it would take a lot longer if you count in doing contacts.

Doesn't take near that long, I started an Elec/Elec Brute 2 weeks ago, she's only 23 and I got Vandal on my last Mayhem Mission.

Strikebreaker badge is bugged. I have the mission waiting in my mission slot for my Supergroup, I know I have not done the mission needed to get the badge, and yet I have it.

In fact I got it while teamed with someone that did have it. I was in the Sea Witch mission.

Then my brother was duoing with me, we were trying to get his Strikebreaker badge mission, and he got it. We were in the mission where we had to find the scrapyard trouble makers.

This is the badge info:
Mission: Bust up the dockworker's strike
Contact: Lorenz Ansaldo (Sharkhead Isle)
Level: 20 - 25

I just learned something reading this. I went around killing scrapyarders wondering why this badge wasn't moving after I killed like 50 of them. I just gave up and moved onto another zone. Oh well.

That would be so fantastic! The way the bar is on some things just isn't really enough to show progress or to motivate you to finish or give you any idea how long it might take. The "complete/total" display would eliminate a lot of confusion for many people on what a certain badge really takes. But the % couldn't hurt, so at least you could know by the number that the bar moved if you can't actually see movement with your eyes.

Yes, this would have been affected by the same bug. Should work now though.

Are the villain accomplishment badges still marked wrong? Bad Luck, Exterminator, Portal Hopper, and Skip Tracer... all have 1 lower dot, but the two later badges should have 2 lower dots. Wrote Positron on that a few weeks ago. Read though no reply.

Ok, just to be absolutely we are talking about which badge is which (both have VERY close names and might EASILY be confused with one another:

Strikebreaker - Accomplishment - Complete the "Bust up the dockworker's strike" mission by Lorenz Ansaldo.

Strike Buster - achievement - Defeat 200 Scrapyarders to earn this badge. I believe the bar reads "Break the scrapyarders backs for this badge."

It is entirely possible to get the achievement badge in the Sea Witch mission, as she is, if I recall correctly, a Scrapyarder and has scrapyarder spawns in those missions (the later ones).

Now if you are correctly ID'ing the badge, then: when you are on a mission and it awards an incorrect badge, you should /BUG it.

I didn't see it mentioned in this thread, but Damage Taken Badges ...

It has been reported that powers such as Dull Pain and accolade that contribute a hit point bonus interfere with these badges. Its' said that any extra hitpoints gained above your original base must be depleted before any credit will go to these badges.

Has this been confirmed? Is this intentional?

I will double check that, thanks for the info. First time through in CoV and people in my VG were wanting the mission badge, not the kill badge.

I just wish they'd fix the Invader badge to not tell you you're a 'Task Force Commander.'

Villains have Strike Forces, after all.

I can confirm as I did a Warburg mish with my lvl 48 tank the other day. Since it was a bug before I7, I didn't get any placeholder when I defeated my first one back when I6 was released. This past weekend, I defeated two in Warburg and still no placeholder appeared.

Mu Guardian can be earned by Heroes in Recluses Victory, did it on Plasma the other day with a Heavy and 3 hours.

Quoted again, for further truth. I can see why you'd want the display to be bars rather than numbers, but "66342534/100000000" is going to be a lot more informative than "======----" for Trendsetter, for example.

Why does my hero have a badge with a placeholder that says:

Control the future by helping fight Longbow in Recluse's Victory

Is this the Recluse 5 hr badge or what?

Were you confused in battle? I know you can get the Longbow badge as a hero if you kill Longbow while being confused by a villain.

Something I didn't see on the list, can we have it added?

The Untouchable badge no longer seems to be awarding for villains. Or at least it isn't tracking anymore. In my case, I have the bar alf full from hunting during Issue 6. And no matter how many regular family bosses I kill now, the bar no longer moves.

Just wondering... shouldn't the "siphon life" power count towards the heal badges? I mean - it is a self heal like other powers, it just requires a mob to be nearby...

Better suggestion: Just tell us how many we've got to have and how many we've accumulated. ie, 100 of 250. If it keeps track, why can't it just post it?
