[/ QUOTE ]I messed with a supposed build from fire/elec, seems lightning reflexes is not all that important and nor is lightning field so that is two free spots right there for the medicine pool.
Lightning reflexes and lightning field are the main reasons to take the set, well having power sink so you can afford to run lf and attack more due to lr, at any rate.
Has anyone been able to test/verify the Psi Res % in Static Shield yet?
Just as a minor side note, I noticed something kind of strange about the graphic setting for the armors. I noticed that the detail for the sparks were linked to Enviroment detail rather than character detail. When character detail was set to very high and Environement set to low, the armor sparks looked like crap, but when I alternated them or had them both to very high, the armor looked much better. Anyone else notice this or is it just me?

After MUCH grinding, i finally made it to 38, and i gotta tell you one thing, the Dev's are consistant in making the final power in each of the elec sets extremely cool looking. I activated Power Surge the minute i got out of the power selection screen and an ear to ear grin spread accross my face.
First, it starts with the Psychic Shockwave scream/animation, then to my amazement i turned into what can only be described as a Cap Au Diable Gremlin (retaining my 'toons height and dimensions). At this i almost broke out laughing, it was so cool looking, but thats not the best part, when PS wore off i exploded in an EM pulse (Blaster version) and did the Unstoppable +HP then -HP (brought me down to prolly 10-20% hp, i'll verify that later) and when that was finished, i stood there with sparks shooting out of my head and smoke rising from my body. All in all, a very cool looking power.
So now i'll try and test out the effectiveness of the EM pulse and resists. Just had to share the joy : )

With the addition of Immob + KB protection in Grounded, I will most definately be rolling up an */Elec Brute in I7!

That's still not as good as unyielding, but it makes sense as Weave and Combat Jumping (both agility type powers) protect vs. one immoblize themselves.

I officially pat myself on the back. And bow down to however in the think tank added knockback. No one seemed to respond to this suggestion, because i was going to suggest Mag 1 knockback protection to Grounded if I started some conversation on it.

Charged Armor - Res to Smahing Lethal & Eng
Conductive Shield - Res to Fire, Cold, Eng, and N.Eng
Static Shield - Res to Sleep, Hold, Stun, End Drain, recovry debuffs, Teleport, and PSI
Grounded - Res to Imm, Knockback, Eng, And N.Eng
lighting reflexes - spd+ recharge+, and Res to Slow
now your saying whats your point? well unless there Resist number are really low witch they dont sound if the baces are really 26.25% witch will enh out to about 41% to everything but n.neg with would total out at 30% make them have 9%ish less S/L then invuln (full sloted autos and toggles) and 22% more to every thing else and 42% more psi (invuln also)
guess my point is that it looks like elec armor is master res to all
i could be totaly off on this but dont seam right there is no holes in it like other sets have

Now if we can get you to do the same for ninjutsu, dark armor, and fire aura I will personally buy you all the pie you will ever need. Is there anti-kickback policy for the devs if not name your pie and it shall be yours.

1. To fill this, Aid Self will work wonders... I'm sure they will nerf this power in the future though.
2. it has no toxic resistant ((which is a nice hole in CoV, due to CoV having more toxic damaging foes to fight through out the levels))
4. Does Invul really have a res to repel? I thought Energy Aura was the only one. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
I love this change, and will welcome it with open arms. I would have accepted some sort of heal/regen power add or an Immoble/KB protection. I think this change will make this set a lot better to stay in battle now. Thanks Devs!

26.25% base making it 41% like all the other resistances except negative and energy. Energy will max out at 90% and 35% for negative.

Excellent. Thank you, now I can take something other than Leaping for a travel pool. The other drawbacks make sense for a set with the benefits that Electric Armor has.

Goin' out on a limb here, is there any chance y'all could take a look at tankers' fire armor for a little knockback help? I know it has a heal, but getting knocked on my butt all the time doesn't feel very tankery.
