I seen my guy burst when it drops but im normaly running like hell at that point.. Is it saposed to actualy do dmg cause that i aint seen. lol I've had it go off in a mob of scrapyarders (30 or so around me) fighting ghost but i didnt see any dmg just me hitting the floor. lol -

with all three toggles defensive running I seemed to take more damage against council than my /EA brute on live. On live (/EA) I run Relentless and once I get a good fury built up I top my health off after a fight in case the next one is tough but I rarely get below 50%. I ran a relentless mission on test with /ELA and I was getting killed quickly without aid self. I was regularly healing up to survive a fight then trying to boost my health again on the way to the next fight.

Yea thats what i noticed. I've been 3-4 hit by council boss's on rel like nothing several times and im using aid self every fight even against 3 minions i need it. (runnin health/stam bulds) All def are 3res 2end. I went down on the same boss 3 times before i killed him this morning. My Ea has been known to go down every so often but not like that. Since i only soloed it i know that for a fact. On the bright side i never got kb'ed or imob so far with any of my 3 /elec so far. (knock on wood). I do find it unfair that EA can miss his drain nrg and elec is auto hit. But thats just me. lol(i expect that nerfed asap) And Tier 9 is no compairison Ea wins hands down impo.
Elec looks cooler tho ill give it that much.. heh Guess i needs to try some other boss's, its just i allways take council mish if i can.
Think ill go play with DS see how good this so called nrg res is. hehe What up with lightning reflex's am i the only one who dont see it bieng worth takeing? Cant notice a bit of that so called +recharge.. lol

Tough is a must for me and i couldnt get off my aid self with 3 intur in it hardly at all. The tier 9 power i find to be really week but then again im used to overload which plain rocks its socks. lol I wasent impressed with my elec/elec. I dont plan to make one on live thats for sure. Maybe a SS/elec after i lvl up a thug or something but its kinda doubtfull. I didnt have any problem with kb/immob tho i only did a couple council mish on rel herding em up and what not. Dont hold up as good as my dark but its not to bad i guess. If i made the elec build how i wanted it to tank decently for a team i would only have 2 attacks and still couldnt squese in haste
... lol Em/elec im likeing alot, still couldnt squeze in tough but the dmg makes up for it. +2 council boss (ma style) still droped me lot a hot stone max sloted for def tho. lol (3hits)

Just a comment to the devs: The fix to gang war was just what i wanted and it works like it should have now. Not over powered but still usefull and worth taking/slotting. GJ

Hafta say thats awsome and i will surely roll one now. Before i wasent impressed but i can surely handle these changes. And by no meens is it over powered so pls keep these changes no matter what.. lol

I can 100% confirm Bad Luck was the badge i was missing for HPT.

No matter what i do none of the family boss's i kill are counting towrd my gangbuster badge? any ideas? Spent the last 4 days getting my 4 debt badges on my EA but i cant get this badge. i killed around 100 of them today and its still showing it bieng at like 1/10 done. It aint moved at all since i started killing them..

Cant beleave any of u actualy think they will change/add a power no matter how much crying u do. *shrugs* Thats how its gona be id advise dealing with it. People will still use it, they will still cry about it, life will go on. I dont like the set myself but thats just me. I'll still end up making one cause ive pretty much seen everything else. lol This really needs to get back on topic.

PS: I luv the sidways shoot, nothing i like more then loading my ab10's with there 32 shots each and unloading em like that into whatever im using as a target. We call that shooting from the hip where im from. lol -
Yea no joke. Been meening to say something about them not being moveable.. Like other mm pets u can push by running into them these guys are solid and unmoveable. Kinda anoying specialy with how dumb they are..

The end DRAIN is fairly significant and noticeable - what isn't so spiffy is the endurance RETURNED to you. This isn't anything particularly new, it's true for Electric powers for Blaster and Defender as well. I still don't know why a good number of people seem to have got the notion that the endo drain was going to be something you can rely on.
I am interested to see how Power Sink works versus bosses and lieutenants under I7, along with the extra endo drain from the melee attacks. Endo drain powers are supposed to drain a percentage now instead of a fixed number of points, making it more worthwhile to try to drain bosses/lieuts.

Hmm i allways found my end recovery on my el def's to work rather well. Few mods and u could see it jump when it return. On this u see nothing. Just go wack a cit with it in a may mish cause it allways lands on them and u will see it do nothing. Well maybe it gains 1 pts of end but come on... If its not usefull why be there..There just trying to make the set look usefull when its really not. ITs nice to have new sets and all just dont dress it up with bells and whistles to make it look better then it actualy is. Gaining 5pc end 10pc of the time would be at least simi usefull..

Doubt its a bug but my gang war never seems to attack the target i summon them from which is normaly boss's. I have to run off with them and bring them back most the time.. kinda sux but they do look cool... lol

End recovery seems more like 5% chance of hitting for me at least on charged brawl. I've gone whole lvls without sieng it land.. lol ITs my auto power to... And ive tried 6 end mods in it, not worth wasteing a single slot on End-Mods for Hav or Charged thats for sure.. lol

Would never base a build just off the hope of end recovery but there are enuff at's that have huge end issues that it was a worthwhile option to test its ability to recover some end imo.

You don't actually have a chance to gain endurance by attacking; the attacks only have a chance to recover a fraction of the endurance they cost (think it's 30% of power cost, not sure if it's enhanceable or if the enhancements are only for the drain). At least it works that way for blasters.

Yea it seems to make no diff as it rarely hits. Just was something i was testing with charged and hav bieng sloted up with end mods. Didnt notice at all tho. lol -
Id like to know the chances of end recovery from charged.. Even with 6 end mods i see no end comming back from it. i find the el/el set to use as much end as ss/dark does (for example) which is horrible. And the dmg is lacking so bad its ridiculess.
My only hope from the malee set was lo end use but that is surely out of the picture. Figured it would go good with drk or something but surely dont.
At least i finaly seen the msg saying i recovered some end but it seems like its about 1/50 or less... lol Out of a full lvl solo i seen that msg like 5 times... lol With it on auto.. -
I keep having my summon/power icons disapear out of my trey and my ctrls dont save nor do my binds or macros. Anyone else?
Other stuff like if i tell em all to attack they kill the one and stand there forever letting the other guys from the mob run in and start messing us up. And in def mode is twice as bad my guys hardly ever attack making bg kinda useless. Unlike mercs who attack anything within reach and zombies who chase down anything they can eat these guys like to just stand there looking weak.. -
The fact that our enforcers leadership dont do anything for us sux. I dont find myself likeing them much anymore. Myne is only 13 but im completely bored with it allready.
There slow, stupid and spend most there time running around in circles and they aint very aggressive either. -
If your lack'ed to a 19+ u do get your third in first tier thats why he asked.

Yea 8 of us mm's went from 2-10 in one team sitting untill the first may mish crashed on us. lol Anyway all of our thugs were laggin behind. Its pretty much like u say they have a slow reaction time but id assume it will be worked out some in the long run. Still think they look a lil skinny to be thugs tho...
