Updating Hamidon Enhancement Guide
Helluva list to compile but good luck to anyone who does it
This space is intentionally left blank.
I just want to be able to answer people's questions .. so many people just don't know what will help what. I'm sure we can put together a great 2.0 guide for people.

"The tip of a shoelace is called an aglet, its true purpose is sinister." The Question
I'd like to see a mathematical breakdown of being fully slotted with even-50 HOs versus being normally slotted with lvl-53 SOs.
For example:
Attack A has normal slotting of 1acc/1end-red/1rec-red/3dam with lvl 53 SOs
vs.
Attack A with 3acc/dams and 3end-reds
Be well, people of CoH.
Attack A vs Attack A? I pick Attack A. ;-)
It might be tough to compare those, but if anyone would like to, they can feel free to post the numbers. The first would attack more frequently, though the second would be far more accurate,
I had my attacks slotted with 3 50++ damage enhancers, and putting in the acc/dam or dam/mez cost me almost nothing % wise. Your Mileage may Vary, of course.

"The tip of a shoelace is called an aglet, its true purpose is sinister." The Question
Peroxisome Exposure - Damage and Mez: (ie: Hold, sleep, stun, etc .. but NOT knockback)
Endoplasm Exposure - Accuracy and Mez:
Both of these could help Masterminds, considering we'll be getting equivalents in I7. I can see both being useful to a Necro/DM Mastermind - Accuracy and Mez for Fearsome Stare and Petrifying Gaze (also good for anyone who takes these in DM for other sets) and also dropping them on the Dark Servant.
Damage/Mez would be great for the Lich pet, too, as they have Tenebrous Tentacles, Fearsome Stare, -and- Petrifying Gaze.
That's my take on it :P
Oy! It'll be hard enough to get the info for CoH .. ;-) I think I'll concentrate on that for now.

"The tip of a shoelace is called an aglet, its true purpose is sinister." The Question
Trying to do most of this off the top of my head ... maybe I'll have better luck posting in the individual AT forums for more specific information. I'll consider that too.. Updating as I go along.

"The tip of a shoelace is called an aglet, its true purpose is sinister." The Question
There are also the unsupported uses too, which will be fixed Soon(tm).
The two I know for sure are:
- Enzyme works as a +DEF/+2Hit/End in any power that takes endurance, so it will work pretty much everywhere Cyto works, and gives you a little bit more +DEF to boot.
- Lyso will work as a +DEF/+ACC in parry.
*Updating as I find out more*
Uplink_OoT did a great job a while back, compling a list of Hamidon Enhancements.
What I'd like to do is put together a list of which powers the more 'Exotic' HO's can help. I want to be able to tell people "'X' HO affects these powers ...". Help fill in the list with whatever you can.
Easy ones:
Nucleolus Exposure - Damage and Accuracy:
Centriole Exposure - Damage and Range:
Ribosome Exposure - Increase Damage Resistance and Endurance Reduction:
Microfilament Exposure Travel Speed Increase (Run, Fly, and Jump) plus Endurance Reduction:
Golgi Exposure - Heal and Endurance Reduction:
-Defenders/Controllers with a Heal power, Anyone with a Medicine power pool Heal, anyone with a 'heal self' power (Tanks/scrappers, PB, WS)
Less easy, just because people get confused about the 'mez' part:
Peroxisome Exposure - Damage and Mez: (ie: Hold, sleep, stun, etc .. but NOT knockback)
Endoplasm Exposure - Accuracy and Mez: (ie: Hold, sleep, stun, etc .. but NOT knockback)
More difficult: These can be tricky, and are the ones that need the most 'help'. Some might be GREAT for a few powers, but helpful in some that share two of the aspects of the HO. These are the ones MOST in use of some definition.
Lysosome Exposure - Increase ToHit and Defense Debuffs, and Increases Accuracy:
-Blaster - Devices - Smoke Grenade
-Scrapper - Broadsword - Parry (can use the Acc + Def Debuff Portions)
Enzyme Exposure - Increase ToHit and Defense Debuffs, and Endurance Reduction:
Membrane Exposure - Increase ToHit and Defense Buffs, and Increase Attack Rate:
-Tank - SS - Rage - uses ToHit buff and Recharge rate.
-All - Power Pools - Leadership - Vengeance (uses all 3? Though I know you can't put Recharge reducers in it normally, so it probably just uses the first 2 parts)
Cytoskeleton Exposure - Increase ToHit and Defense Buffs, and Endurance Reduction:
-Tank/Scrapper - Invulnerability - Invincibility (uses all 3)
-All - Power Pools - Leadership - Maneuvers (uses 2 of 3)
-All - Power Pools - Leadership - Tactics (uses 2 of 3)
-All - Power Pools - Leadership - Vengeance (uses all 3? Can you put End cost reduction in it?)

Not so much other than the endurance.
When it says Debuff, it means for both aspects. In this case, the ToHit and Defense debuff are BOTH being increased.
Fortitude is a +ToHit and +Defense; you'd only be using the end reduction attribute in fortitude with this Hami-O
I've already forgotten about most of you
Kinetics (defender, controller)
Centriole - No powers in Kinetics benefit from more than one enhancement function
Peroxisome - No powers in Kinetics benefit from more than one enhancement function
Endoplasm - No powers in Kinetics benefit from more than one enhancement function
Lysosome - No powers in Kinetics benefit from more than one enhancement function
Enzyme - No powers in Kinetics benefit from more than one enhancement function
Ribosome - Increase Density (damage resistance, end reduction)
Microfilament - *Speed Boost (travel speed, endurance reduction), Inertial Reduction (travel speed, endurance reduction), Siphon Speed (travel speed, endurance reduction, bonus -speed/recharge debuff on opponent)
Golgi - Transfusion (heal, endurance reduction)
Nucleolus - No powers in Kinetics benefit from more than one enhancement function
Membrane - No powers in Kinetics benefit from more than one enhancement function
Cytoskeleton - No powers in Kinetics benefit from more than one enhancement function

Actually, there's something about Hami-O's that allows to-hit/defense buffs and debuffs to act identically. This same effect happened with End Recovery and End Drain enhancements. They combined them into End Mod enhancements to reduce confusion. So if you want a tohit buff and end reduction, you can either slot a cyto or an enzyme.
Lysosome and Enzyme Exposures work great with Dark Miasma and Radiation Blast.
Lysosome Exposure- Increase ToHit and Defense Debuffs and Accuracy -is best for: Twilight Grasp, Fearsome Stare, Irradiate, Neutron Bomb, and Dark Servant
Enzyme Exposure- Increase ToHit and Defense Debuffs and Endurance Reduction -is best for: Darkest Night, Irradiate, Dark Servant, and Neutron Bomb.
Cytoskeleton Exposure- Increase ToHit and Defense Buffs and Endurance Reduction -is also a great replacement for a regular old endurance reduction in Shadowfall.

Want to expound on that a bit? Personally, I lean towards leaving it up to them to determine 'wise' or 'unwise' - but if it's important information, I'd be happy to include it.

Nope, Controllers don't get Dark.
Overall, a Dark Defender is probably the best use for Lysosomes (but for some reason /Dev smoke grenade always gets listed. Maybe that's an artifact from earlier guides before the various SG nerfs?).

Yeah, SG always gets listed for it, but that's one of the reasons I wanted to put together this list. Thanks for the assist.

Lysosome Exposure - Increase ToHit and Defense Debuffs, and Increases Accuracy:

A few more uses I didn't see listed yet:
While few AR Blasters would probably slot it, it could be used in Burst (Accuracy and foe -DEF).
Earth Controllers could slot it in Earthquake. This might be the best use for it since it is the only thing I can think of that would use all three (accuracy, foe -DEF, and foe -ACC) aspects of the enhancement (assuming the +ACC works even though the default power is unenhanceable for ACC).
Storm defenders/Controllers could slot it in Freezing Rain (ACC and foe -DEF), Hurricane (ACC and foe -ACC), or Tornado (ACC and foe -DEF).
The +ACC and foe -ACC works well on all the Defender /Dark blast powers except Dark Pit.
Broadsword scrappers can use it in all their attacks (except Parry, and right now it probably works there too) for +ACC and foe -DEF.
Dark scrappers can use it for +ACC and foe -ACC in nearly all of their attacks.
Katana scrappers can use it like Broadsword (+ACC and foe -DEF) in most attacks.
Scrapper Super Reflexes:
Nucleolus Exposure - Damage and Accuracy: No SR powers can slot this
Centriole Exposure - Damage and Range: No SR powers can slot this
Ribosome Exposure - Increase Damage Resistance and Endurance Reduction: No SR powers benefit from more than one aspect
Microfilament Exposure Travel Speed Increase (Run, Fly, and Jump) plus Endurance Reduction: Elude (Run Speed, Jump Speed, Endurance Discount(negligible)) - sub-optimal
Golgi Exposure - Heal and Endurance Reduction: No SR powers benefit from more than one aspect
Peroxisome Exposure - Damage and Mez: No SR powers can slot this
Endoplasm Exposure - Accuracy and Mez: No SR powers can slot this
Lysosome Exposure - Increase ToHit and Defense Debuffs, and Increases Accuracy: No SR powers can slot this
Enzyme Exposure - Increase ToHit and Defense Debuffs, and Endurance Reduction: No SR powers benefit from more than one aspect
Membrane Exposure - Increase ToHit and Defense Buffs, and Increase Attack Rate: Elude (Defense Buff, Increase Attack Rate) ++good
Cytoskeleton Exposure - Increase ToHit and Defense Buffs, and Endurance Reduction: Focused Fighting (Defense, End), Focused Senses (Defense, End), Evasion (Defense, End) all ++good
Scrapper Martial Arts
Nucleolus Exposure - Damage and Accuracy: Every power in the set can slot this except Focus Chi and Warrior's Challenge. However, Cobra Strike does so little damage that slotting one would be a waste.
Centriole Exposure - Damage and Range: No MA power benefits from more than one aspect(actually, this is not quite true, Dragon's Tail's range does increase very slightly, but it's not worth slotting)
Ribosome Exposure - Increase Damage Resistance and Endurance Reduction: No MA power benefits from more than one aspect
Microfilament Exposure Travel Speed Increase (Run, Fly, and Jump) plus Endurance Reduction: No MA power benefits from more than one aspect
Golgi Exposure - Heal and Endurance Reduction: No MA power benefits from more than one aspect
Peroxisome Exposure - Damage and Mez: Thunder Kick (Disorient), Cobra Strike (Disorient, but not really worth using because CS damage is so low), Crippling Axe Kick (Immobilize), Eagle's Claw (Disorient)
Endoplasm Exposure - Accuracy and Mez: Thunder Kick (Disorient), Cobra Strike (Disorient), Crippling Axe Kick (Immobilize), Eagle's Claw (Disorient)
Lysosome Exposure - Increase ToHit and Defense Debuffs, and Increases Accuracy: No MA power benefits from more than one aspect
Enzyme Exposure - Increase ToHit and Defense Debuffs, and Endurance Reduction: No MA power benefits from more than one aspect
Membrane Exposure - Increase ToHit and Defense Buffs, and Increase Attack Rate: Focus Chi (ToHit Buff, Recharge) (Incidentally, any Aim/Build Up power will benefit greatly from Membranes)
Cytoskeleton Exposure - Increase ToHit and Defense Buffs, and Endurance Reduction: Focus Chi (ToHit buff, End) Sub-optimal, end is not usually an issue with Focus Chi
