Nope, you'll only buff the Mez portion of the power.

Quibble point.
Liquefy is (-Def, -Acc, Hold, Knockdown)
So with Enzymes the benefit should be (-Def, -Acc, End Redux).
Also the hold component does require a to-hit check so Lysosomes could also be quite usefull. (-Def, -Acc, +ToHit)(However the format works.)
Makes both enhancements quite good for Liquefy since the power actually uses all components.

-Blaster Assault Rifle Burst - can use the Acc + Def Debuff Portions
-Controller - Earth Control Earthquake - can use the ToHit + Def Debuff Portions (Some say this is not optimal slotting thats for you to decide.)

-Defender - Dark - Twilight Grasp, Fearsome Stare and Dark Servant (acc + To hit Debuff)

Scrapper->Super Reflexes->Quickness (Run and Fly enhanced)

I think he is saying (not sure if this is the way it would work though), you would get the benifit for both flight speed & run speed while using only one slot.

Fitness Pool -> Swift (Run and Fly enhanced)
Scrapper->Super Reflexes->Quickness (Run and Fly enhanced)

Fitness pool -> Swift - Uses no Endurance, so slotting Micros would not give any additional benefit.
Quickness - it's also an Inherent, correct? So again, no End cost, slotting Micro would be a waste.

Instead of slotting both with the "right" enhancements, ie
3 RunSpeed and 3 Flightspeed, you will only need to slot 3 Mircofilaments, thereby getting a 3 slot savings on either.
To look at in another way, the travel speed increase buffs 2 aspects of those powers, while not using the end portion.
Edit:
The same way that */mez Hamis are "Teh Ubarz!" for Illusion->Blind where the /Mez boosts both the Hold and Sleep portions of the power.

Has anyone verified that a microfilament in swift will buff both running and hover/flight speed...? This would be very useful in one of my alts cases, where I already 3 slot swift with run enh and was debating on additional slots to increase Hover speed
Well, I know that flight speeds in swift will buff Hover and Flight. As I posted earlier, an Acc/Mez in Blind buffs Acc, Hold, and Sleep. So I see no reason for Micros not to enhance both run and flight.

While I can't verify about whether it will actually do the buff, I can verify that both swift and quickness accept flight enhancements now as well as well the run speed.

Pulsar does no damage so dmg/mezz is wasted here.
Endoplasm (Acc/Mezz) work great in pulsar though, since recommended slotting is 2 Acc 2 Disrorrient
while I'm at it, in addition to the ones you mention, Golgi Exposure (Heal / EndRed) works great in the Peacebringer - Luminous Aura - White Dwarf - White Dwarf Sublimation
one more: the PB White Nova has 4 blasts, 3 of which have a range of 100 feet, and one (bright Nova Scatter) with a range of only 60 feet (why oh why?).
If like me you have Centrioles (Range/Dmg) to spare, you can put 3 Centrioles instead of 3 damages in that blast to make it be (almost) the same range as the other blasts. (94 feet)
It's one of those things that some people will find wonderfull and others may not think it a big deal.

I am not certain about Solar Flare because I have never tested it: My hero planner says it has a -DEF component but I don't think the graphics for debuffed defense (little pink shields) will show and many think Solar Flare has not -DEF component.
In addition to the powers you list both all the Dwarf and Nova form attacks also carry a -DEF component (again, my Hero builder doesn;t mention it, but they all take a def-debuff enhancement)
Like is often the case with triple-enhancement HOs, the toHit portion of the HO is "wasted" for any of those powers

I removed Dawn Strike for now (I don't have it myself, so can't confirm the lack of -Def). I'll list the Dwarf and Nova Forms as 'All Attack Powers' for now, until we can get a list.
And yes, not all powers can use all 3 parts o some of the HO's, and often 1 'part' is wasted - the main prerequisite for this list is that they can use 2 OR 3 parts of an HO.

These next few can be tricky, and are the ones that need the most 'help'. Some might be GREAT for a few powers, but helpful in some that share two of the aspects of the HO. These are the ones MOST in use of some definition.
Lysosome Exposure - Increase ToHit and Defense Debuffs, and Increases Accuracy:
-APP - Body Mastery (Scrapper)/Energy Mastery (Tanker) - Laser Beam Eyes Accuracy, Def Debuff
-Blaster - Devices - Smoke Grenade Acc + To Hit Debuff
-Blaster Assault Rifle Burst - can use the Acc + Def Debuff Portions
-Controller - Earth Control Earthquake - can use the ToHit + Def Debuff Portions (Some say this is not optimal slotting thats for you to decide.)
-Controller - Fire Control Smoke
-Controller - Mind Control Terrify
-Defender - Dark - Twilight Grasp, Fearsome Stare and Dark Servant (acc + To hit Debuff)
-Defender - Dark Blast All powers except Dark Pit Accuracy + Tohit Debuff
-Defender - Radiation Blast - Neutrino Bolt, X-ray Beam, Irradiate, Electron Haze, Proton Volley, Cosmic Burst, Neutron Bomb, Atomic Blast
-Defender/Controller - Radiation Emission - Radiation Infection (uses 2 of 3)

-Defender/Control - Storm - Freezing rain - ACC and foe DEF

-Scrapper Dark Melee Nearly all attacks can use +ACC and foe ACC
-Scrapper Dark Melee/Dark Armor - Cloak of Fear (Though Endoplasm and Enzymes are the preferred options)
-Scrapper - Katana Sting of the Wasp, Gambler's Cut, Flashing Steel, The Lotus Drops, Soaring Dragon, Golden Dragonfly - can use the Acc + Def Debuff Portions
Enzyme Exposure - Increase ToHit and Defense Debuffs, and Endurance Reduction:

Quibble point.
Liquefy is (-Def, -Acc, Hold, Knockdown)
So with Enzymes the benefit should be (-Def, -Acc, End Redux).
Also the hold component does require a to-hit check so Lysosomes could also be quite usefull. (-Def, -Acc, +ToHit)(However the format works.)
Makes both enhancements quite good for Liquefy since the power actually uses all components.
