Updating Hamidon Enhancement Guide
*Updating as I find out more*
Uplink_OoT did a great job a while back, compiling a list of Hamidon Enhancements. What I'd like to do is put together a list of which powers the more 'Exotic' HO's can help. I want to be able to tell people "'X' HO affects these powers ...". Help fill in the list with whatever you can.
Easy ones:
Nucleolus Exposure - Damage and Accuracy:
-Too many to list. If you dont know what can use this, you shouldnt have bought the account. ;-)
Centriole Exposure - Damage and Range:
-See above. (Note - the range portion of some melee attacks cannot be increased, even though they may affect a larger than normal range. Be sure the power normally accepts Range + Damage enhancements before slotting this)
Ribosome Exposure - Increase Damage Resistance and Endurance Reduction:

-Peacebringer White Dwarf (Probably not the best place to put these, Dwarf has something akin to Combat Jumping) , Quantum Flight (There are reports that Q-Fly is already at the Fly Speed cap, in which case this enhancement would be useless) , Nova, Group Energy Flight
-Peacebringer Inherent powers - Energy Flight, Combat Flight
-Scrapper Super Reflexes Elude Not optimal slotting, but can use this.
-Warshade Primary - Umbral Blast - Dark Nova (Probably not worth slotting Fly)
-Warshade Secondary Black Dwarf (Probably not worth slotting for this)
-There is a Debate as to whether you should slot these into Fitness -> Swift or Scrapper-> Super Reflexes-> Quickness. If you use Fly, you might benefit from Slotting these here, as they can serve as both Run Speed AND Fly Speed enhancers.
Golgi Exposure - Heal and Endurance Reduction:
-Anyone with a Medicine power pool Heal,
-Anyone with a 'heal self' power (Tanks/scrappers, PB, WS)
-Defenders/Controllers with a Heal power (Radiant aura, Twilight grasp, etc.)

These next few can be tricky, and are the ones that need the most 'help'. Some might be GREAT for a few powers, but helpful in some that share two of the aspects of the HO. These are the ones MOST in use of some definition.
Lysosome Exposure - Increase ToHit and Defense Debuffs, and Increases Accuracy:
-APP - Body Mastery (Scrapper)/Energy Mastery (Tanker) - Laser Beam Eyes Accuracy, Def Debuff
-Blaster - Devices - Smoke Grenade Acc + To Hit Debuff
-Blaster Assault Rifle Burst - can use the Acc + Def Debuff Portions
-Controller - Earth Control Earthquake - can use the ToHit + Def Debuff Portions (Some say this is not optimal slotting thats for you to decide.)
-Controller - Fire Control Smoke
-Controller - Mind Control Terrify
-Defender - Dark - Twilight Grasp, Fearsome Stare and Dark Servant (acc + To hit Debuff)
-Defender - Dark Blast All powers except Dark Pit Accuracy + Tohit Debuff
-Defender - Radiation Blast - Neutrino Bolt, X-ray Beam, Irradiate, Electron Haze, Proton Volley, Cosmic Burst, Neutron Bomb, Atomic Blast
-Defender/Controller - Radiation Emission - Radiation Infection (uses 2 of 3)
-Defender/Controller Sonic - Liquefy
-Defender/Control - Storm - Freezing rain - ACC and foe DEF
-Defender/Controller - Trick Arrow - Flash Arrow - tohit debuff, accuracy

-Scrapper Dark Melee/Dark Armor - Cloak of Fear (Though Endoplasm and Enzymes are the preferred options)
-Scrapper - Katana Sting of the Wasp, Gambler's Cut, Flashing Steel, The Lotus Drops, Soaring Dragon, Golden Dragonfly - can use the Acc + Def Debuff Portions

Peroxisome Exposure - Damage and Mez:
-Controller - Ice control: Jack Frost
Acc/Mez (Endoplasm, which is there already) is good, but so is Dam/Mez. If they do affect the slows as well as holds, both of them will be affecting 3 aspects of Jack.
Jack can take Damage, Acc, Hold Duration, End Reduction, Range, Recharge Reduction, and Slow.

If the Endoplasms and Peroxisomes affect slows then:
Controller-APP-Ice Mastery-Ice Storm
I know for a fact that Ice Storm can take both Damage and Slow enhancements, as the respec I did last night I was still able to slot both there. I'm not sure about Ice Blast, but the Blaster version can. But I can check the controller version .
So, that would let the following work for both Endoplasms and Peroxisomes:
Blaster->Ice Blast-> Ice Bolt, Ice Blast, Frost Breath, Freeze Ray, Ice Storm, Bitter Ice Blast, Bitter Freeze Ray, Blizzard
Blaster->Ice Manipulation->Chilblain, Frozen Fists, Ice Sword, Freezing Touch
Tanker->Ice Melee-> Frozen Fists, Ice Sword, Frost, Freezing Touch, Greater Ice Sword
Endoplasms only:
Blaster->Ice Manipulation->Shiver, Frozen Aura (PVP).
Tanker->Ice Melee->Frozen Aura (PVP).
EDIT:
I'll have to wait for the Tool Tips to return, but I do know that before they disappeared, that slows were mistakenly reported as Recharges. In other words if you had both recharge and slow enhancements you would have 2 lines saying "recharge rate XX%".

Great Guide!!! BuT for Dark Armor Cloak Of Fear
I find that 3 lyso's and 3 end redux work best for the power. your biggest problem comes with endurance on this scrapper, it more beneficial to have level 53 SO's for end redux than it is for accuracy where as your accuracy will sit at 3 level 50 acc's (lysosome) which is fine for PvE and PvP.
Ok, now that the tooltips are back, the numbers are just plain confusing.
Add Jack into the Peroxisome Exposure list, but ignore the slows for now as the game seems to be confusing slows with recharge rates.

This is not really a "This is what Works Best" type of guide. It's a "Here's what CAN be used, you decide what you Want" type of guide. I feel those decisions are best left to the player.
It's a guide to how they CAN be used, not How you should use them.

I doubt I'll have the time, until (if) I ever get any of my own on the villain side. Since I currently have no use for the list there, I don't think I'll have the time or interest in doing a villain version. Someone else is free to do so if they like, of course.

Uplink_OoT did a great job a while back, compiling a list of Hamidon Enhancements. What I'd like to do is put together a list of which powers the more 'Exotic' HO's can help. I want to be able to tell people "'X' HO affects these powers ...". Help fill in the list with whatever you can.

-APP - Body Mastery (Scrapper)/Energy Mastery (Tanker) - Laser Beam Eyes Accuracy, Def Debuff
-Blaster - Devices - Smoke Grenade Acc + To Hit Debuff
-Blaster Assault Rifle Burst - can use the Acc + Def Debuff Portions
-Controller - Earth Control Earthquake - can use the ToHit + Def Debuff Portions (Some say this is not optimal slotting thats for you to decide.)
-Controller - Fire Control Smoke
-Controller - Mind Control Terrify
-Defender - Dark - Twilight Grasp, Fearsome Stare and Dark Servant (acc + To hit Debuff)
-Defender - Dark Blast All powers except Dark Pit Accuracy + Tohit Debuff
-Defender - Radiation Blast - Neutrino Bolt, X-ray Beam, Irradiate, Electron Haze, Proton Volley, Cosmic Burst, Neutron Bomb, Atomic Blast

Anyone have more info on this? What is the Icee APP named? Is there a power like that in it?

Blaster APP is Cold Mastery (Paragon Wiki/NoFuture). Flash Freeze has sleep and minor damage, so that can use Endoplasm Exposure and Peroxisome Exposure.
Ice Manipulation is a regular blaster set (Paragon Wiki/Nofuture) and has Immobilize and damage, so it can also use Endoplasm Exposure and Peroxisome Exposure.
Might I suggest starting a Updating Hamidon Enhancement Guide v 2.0 thread? This thread is getting long and the length has driven away some people I've pointed the thread out to.

If Spectral Terror could make use of Enzymes, it should also have been listed under Lysosomes, since the Accuracy of ST is more frequently slotted than EndRed. However, I checked and Spectral Terror does not take ToHit Debuff or Defense Debuff enhancements. I think it should be removed from the list for Enzymes, since it would only use one (EndRed) of the three enhancements.
