You dont have to post to add to favourites. Just click the Favourite thread link at the bottom of the page. It will add the thread to the list of favourite threads under "My Home"

Basic newbie... Do I have to assign slots when I level or can I save them for future powers? Example...when I hit level 3 I get two slots but I want to save them for the next time I get slots so I don't 'waste' them on the beginning powers.
No you cannot save slots. But spening them on your begining powers is not necessarily a waste. On all my builds there is at least one of my first 3 powers i will slot heavily. On my Empath Defender it was my heals, on my blasters is it the blasts (casue you use them all game), etc.

Ok, I'm sure this is somewhere in the forums, or on the site, but I can't find it. How do you get to the test server and copy characters over to the test server? Is there a guide to this somewhere?
