Icons 2005 Spring Fashion Sneak Peek

I'm still rather disturbed over the Stuffed Shoulder Kitten though,
[/ QUOTE ]
How so? Blackguard found the soulder kitten in the piggs a while back, so it's no real surprise. Still cute though!
And now for style-by-style beakdown!
Miki: Love the jacket, pants, and sneakers! Real James Dean look going on here!
Lin: Very nice! The battle damage is a little off-putting, but it's good to know it's an option. And the hairpiece is killer!
Lillith: Why goths and Harujukus should never interbreed. Aside from the whole "necrophile's fantasy" thing, I can see a lot of mileage coming from the pleated shirt and tattered vest though.
Overall, a good selection of new stuff. Definitely worth getting excited over! Still no sign of muzzles or other animalistic features, but they are hopefully keeping those in reserve.
Wings ARE going to happen. We'll be seeing a Winged Epic Archetype named the Avilians sometime in the future.
Eh, from what I've seen that's very speculative.
Also, winged AT != wings as costume option, any more than shapeshifting Kheldians meant a Shapeshiting power pool....

Shoulder mounted kitten launcher. It's a new AR power for Blasters.
(I seem to remember seeing at least one other shoulder sitter mentioned elsewhere, too.)
A vote for kilts here, too. Forget Hulkamania. We need a certain fat fella from Austin Powers....at least before CoV.
Yeah... shoulder kitten... stuffed shoulder kitten....
... gonna have to get me one of these....
...heck, one for each alt! =^_^=

OMG OMG OMG!!! Youko's costume is finally going to be closer to the way it should be!!! Agh!! I need more influence! 2 mil isn't enough at 36! XD But... now I need more costume slots! Aarrrggghhhh!!

2) Don't want true newbies blowing all their INF changing their sock colors. Though just playing the game, you don't find out about the Icons store until you're old enough (in game) to decide if you want those new socks or enhancements.

S... they don't care if veteran players blow all their influence on socks?

I know it was just quoted, but I'm doing it again, because people looking for what 'body sliders' mean, will find it there. These body sliders seem to be attatched to the character creation (the character is still the green proto-mold you see when chosing your height) but I seem to recall a 'body slider' button shown in an Icon window.
There's also an image of the face slider....and it is incredible. There's a slider for Cranium, which can be a very fun game with the right group of peple....oh, silly me, in the same image, the body sliders are present, obviously after the costume had been chosen.
Oh, and there are tons of other stuff there as well. Color me one happy little lady.

what does Gamespot have against women with large chests ?

They might be showing the many people who've been asking for smaller breasts on the females that its possible now. Or that slider might control the entire upper torso, the back and whatnot too, and using said sliders will result in some pretty freakish-looking hunchback women [strangely appropriate, given the size the breasts would become? Hmm...]. This happened in some wrestling games with similar sliders.
what the heck is a shoulder kitten?
I have a serious question about the new costumes CuppaJo. Since we're getting much more variety, is there an consideration being given to increasing the amount of costume slots we can have?
Now my mouth is really watering...very stylish stuff.

Ok, the teasers for I4 have official worked out the knots in my shoulders. I'm ready for my 'happy ending' now.

Horribly offensive, but hilarious

Am I the only one who's offended here? After looking through all those screenshots, and seeing that women can adjust the size of their McGuffins, and yet we men don't get a slider to adjust our Package?
It's Sexism, I tell you!
Are we getting a new tailor in the game too? At first, I thought it was just part of the story. But then, on page two, there was a picture.
Was that just a made up shot, or might we see a new tailor in the game?

I agree... the men are neutered. They look great from behind but from the front they are flatter than a ken doll.
I'm not saying they need a slider for it but come on its human anatomy! Theres SUPPOSED to be SOMETHING there!

OMG!
need...more...costume slots...
need...more...character slots...
new ideas....overwhelming
altisis overload!!
You know, 32+ people figure they have more influence than they know what to do with. I spent MILLIONS in Icon, 'tweaking'. I actually went broke once, which was humiliatingly fun lol. Good thing my main is 50 and influence isn't really a problem anymore .
*sigh*... how to handle all this...?
I'm still wondering if Icon will let us body-slide as part of the costuming process.
Hey Cuppa,
any chance we can get an official announcement of how many new costume pieces Issue 4 will add?
I can hope right?

I guess the devs assume that heroes need to run. If you think in-game travel is slow before level 14, go for the testicular elephantitus option and eat RL dinner walking from city hall to the train. Or maybe they're waiting for the art department to finish the new bow-legged animations.
Chest support technology is much more scalable than what science has come up with to maintain structural integrity of the family jewels.

OMG... I need to start stockpiling my infl! I'm forseeing some MAD spending in my future.
EEEEEEK! (screams like Ned Flanders)
I was just looking trough the screenshots on Gamespot for the new costume creation and character creation tool... My question is, how much time are we supposed to use creating our new characters?
I love that it is so detailed! Lol, I'll be spending more time creating than playing!
JACKETS!
Finally, FINALLY I have an option for 'street clothes' other than a sweater, a short-sleeved T, or that godawful tank top...
