Just a thought on the facial scaling et al.

Is there an easy way to reset the face to the default models?

I'd be wary of experimenting on the chance I screw up the look of a character and can't get it back to normal.

I remember one of the people who reported back from Wondercon (it may have been Pax, but I'm not sure) specifically mentioned pandas as well as kittens as shoulder options for females. We have at least those two animal options, maybe there will be more. I can't wait to see how they'll turn out.

Agreed - Captain Decency has always had a pot belly (in my head, at least). Think Mr. Incredible from the Incredibles before he got himself back in shape. (And no, Cap is not a clone of Mr. Incredible by any stretch of the imagination, other than being middle aged and a bit overweight.)

A LONG time ago, I saw a screen shot (and discussion) on alternate body-types. I'm fairly certain that obese heroes were talked about at that point. I wish I remembered the specifics, however.

Possibly, but I'm definitely holding out for a plush Cthulhu backpack.

Looks like you might be able to simulate a potbelly by increasing waist size and decreasing chest/shoulder... Personally, I dislike the hunchback-effect on the Huge body type, hopefully I can tone that down some... I miss my neck.
