clues to future epics?(spoilers)
I have a feeling that Christmas/whatever time around State's house is somewhat maddening, imagine if you will, you're on the receiving end of one of Jack's presents: you wake up to go open your present only to find a little note that leads you around the house until you find the present, which is actually just an empty box, followed by more searching until you come upon the boX of the packages, note, mor seraching, packing material, Hanging gardens of babylon, and then you go crazy.

"Dad what am I getting for Christmas?"
"Well, all I can tell you is that it will be brown and will have 2 functions."
The kid then proceeds to go insane figuring out what it is.
If the Christmas tree is the soul of Christmas, and the carols are its heart, then your present would definitely be its mind!

i think states ability to toy with us is one of his benefits. He gets a crappy dental plan but every few hours he gets to make our heads spin in weird circles.
[/ QUOTE ]
It was part of his contract, sorry.

now there is a great perk!

I think I've finally found an E-AT that appeals to me!
Take what you will of this just a bit of useless information...
THe scientific name for a crow is Corvus corax....

Well that's a big clue as to whether or not we're getting a winged AT...

I think the bigger clue was the part where Statesman said "You're getting a Winged AT".

Somehow I totally missed that
::feeling really "special" right now::
Don't worry about it. I'll try and find a quote for you but t's been confirmed for some time now...
It was confirmed that winged characters would be another archetype, I don't recall it being posted as an epic, but it may have been before epics were all the rave.
Incarnate is basically latin for "in the flesh", or body.
Caralax, broken down poorly in latin would be loose or lax flesh?
I'm thinking since the first two are aliens, possibly these next two are ghostly types, with wings as spectral demons and angels and the like are prone to have. But what Powers?????

Hmmm, I'm begining to think my theory of him being the tea trolly boy may be true.

[/ QUOTE ]Interesting. I wonder if these will be the Level 30 unlocks.
well in dungeons and dragons a coralx is this bird with a hypnotic song......
Who knows.
I think statesman secretly dresses up as a pychiatrist and treats the people he drives crazy. Thats where he gets all that money.

I knew those two had something in common... Thanks for the heads-up.
So the Incarnate is the "Inner Will" Statesman Archetype... Do we assume the Corallax is the Winged AT (Most signs point to "crows")?
[ QUOTE ]
Corollax is referance to a mytical bird of some sort I believe.
[/ QUOTE ]
Corrollax
Might be what that's referring to.
Hmmm... Corrollax... "Corolla X"?
Maybe this is some twisted reference of bringing in vehicles and Statesman has an old and trusty Toyota Corolla in his history?

Or Coral... as in underwater...
Statesman has mentioned many times that he wants to do an underwater race...
Ok, States, you're my boy and all, but the clues you leave are giving me a headache. They're just enough to pique interest, but not really enough for us to actually nail anything down. It's like being given a hint about a gift your going to get....and not having a clue as to when you'll actually get....
*looks for the prozac, finds the Jack Daniels*.."close enough"
[ QUOTE ]
I'll drop a hint: the name of an upcoming Epic Archetype.
Incarnate.
Heck - I'll do another....
Coralax.
Happy Saturday!

I can always tell when Statesman posts because he always leaves me wanting to hug and strangle him at the same time.
Statesman's AT: provoke-bot.
Level 50 is a journey, not a destination.
