since they are opening trade between sides, i see a huge inflation at first as hero toons with all the monies buys stuff and trades it to their villains...

i want a white x-mas too but right now the white stuff on the lawn is a block of ice. just means a game of hockey instead of the other winter stuff.....

it was fun the other night to get my car out of the driveway the tires were sitting in 2 inches of ice.. lots of salt and sand later, i was 30 minutes late opening the store...

i also agree that the last 3 badges shouldnt be a part of the accolades.... But states said that the only way they made really good accolades (which this isnt that great) would be if it was really tough/near impossible for ppl to get.

i just recently got the badge on a regen and it took me about a week. Granted it is the one set best suited for it. I have it down to where i can easily take 8 million points of damage in 8 hours.

You need to remember that a red name once said these second sets of badges were put in place to take months if not years of game play to aquire depending on the at.

why not give drones a perception of 200 yards and make it so that it cant be debuffed? but that wont stop the snipe blasters with boost range and 3 range enhancements from sniping you while you are talking to the contacts just as that 30 second grace period runs out.

i wish someone would do that with blasters......snipe with 1 acc and aim and build up... last time i tested it i had a 49% hit ratio against white nemesis minions. it was a 2000 hit sample.

there lvl didnt matter/ i saw a lvl 5 take aout a 47 longbow.... looked like all the invaders had the monster code engaged

as for the new power sets.... a red name has neither confirmed or denied that list.

as a former vendor for shows like this, i can honestly say that DragonCon sells out vendors spaces fast and usually has a huge waiting list for tables because it has such a broad customer base there... gaming, comic, TV show type stuff. I have been called in the past on a friday (most shows start on a thursday) saying someone did not show and you want a table. DragonCon also has a habit of sending out vendor reg packet about a week before they are due. So i would not surprise me that Cryptic tried to go by could not get space.

i like the fact you are going to change the F/X to ice but making them stackable is stupid. Wet ice has every thing that both glacier and frozen armor offer but at a lower defense. Before anyone goes out and says i am nuts, with energy absorbtion, you can easily bottom out a bosses acc. Even with stacking armors i would take tough and weave. it is not like DA where i need this armor for my mez and this armor for energy and that armor for smash lethal. What i would really like to see for ice tanks is a higher protection from sleep.

AV's and monsters have 800 endurance. so one tic is like 40-60 end compaired to our 6-10.

Ooops. That's not true. Some AV powers require an amount of Endurance - so that if the AV doesn't have it - he can't use it. So bringing one down to 0 isn't exactly necessary to have an impact.

Can I play in your world...... Before i deleted my electric blaster, I had a power tank completely drained of end. next tic before i caould drain him again he hits me with his big blast power..... the next tic he hit me with total focus..... these a powers that my energy blaster can not use with a single tic of endurance. Yep i have stam 6 slotted. yep i tried 6 slotted end reducers.... DOES NOT HAPPEN AT ALL FOR THE HEROES! so i must conclude that the game is programed to cheat for the villains. Just like a boss that can cast both jack frost and fire imps..... hmmmmmmmm
