We're working (or more precisely our wunder-programmer Martin) on a change to melee combat that will enable you to hit runners. No more angling just in front of the fleeing foe - yep - you can punch him from behind!

We hope to get this into Update 3, but it needs testing. But I thought you'd like to know.

This is cool. Right now, I use combat jump to try and jump in front of them to nail em. If I time it right it works well.

Very cool! But remember to take your time with it. Most of us have gotten so used to jumping ahead of MOBs that it doesnt even phase us anymore. Tell Martin no pressure!

EDIT: Although I can't say I don't enjoy making a couple quick stealthy hops over scenery and landing five feet in front of said fleeing baddie and POW. Very Spider-Man.

The ONLY thing about Regeneration is that internal playtesting has shown that it MIGHT be a little too good. But that's an impression - there will be nothing immediate changed and there might be nothing at all. It's just on my list of things to look at, that's all.

I fixed this problem long before you addressed it...

I took this nifty scrapper AND tanker power called "Taunt"... I have no idea why others had such a hard time figuring that one out.

The only things that Regen needs to be changed are the final 2 powers - REVIVE and MOMENT OF GLORY

This is incredible news! With the recent lag I've experienced, I've been having trouble catching runners in Talos with one of my scrappers, so this is fantastic.

Now just make Super Reflexes (a) a little less slot-hungry, (b) a little deeper (right now it's defense or nothing) & (c) able to avoid autohits & I'll be a very happy little kill... err, arresting machine.

Shhhh...yeah, don't tell anyone that I was so gimped I didn't have to chase down mobs...they came to me... Oh how gimped I was...AM! wait...Taunt? What? Gimped?

The only "gimped" I keep getting derided for is not taking Tough/Weave. Apparently, prelim testing says I'm a-ok without, and may be too good...

Apparently, those 8 green rikti monkeys thought I was so good...they killed me by doing more damage than I could heal on their alpha...

It's because of Taunt, isn't it...
