The retroactive badges are great, and I can't wait to get mine (ran a lot of TF's over the last few months with 6 characters), but the question remains: why aren't we getting them upon completion of TF's and Trials?
I completed the TV Trial, got my respec, and after a lot of trouble/glitches/game freezes, finally managed to complete the respec.
However, several days later, I still don't have the Trial badge itself. Is that one only issued for completing the 'final' trial (with Rikti, mine was the mid one with Freaks), or is something not quite right with the issuing of badges still?
Odd, I completed the Freak version of the Reactor Trial pre-nerf and recieved my badge no problem. It is in the accolade section though. Have you looked there?

I received a badge for completing the respec in the accolades, however there's a listing for a badge specifically for each Trial and Task Force. The TV one is still empty, last time I checked.

The TV trial is different than the Respect Trial. The TV trial can be gotten from a contact on the large bridge in IP.
Also... I really really really want my 'defeat babbage' badge... all the other ones I don't care about... does that come with the TF completion badge?

i believe that once you use your respec it reverts to the normal badge.

Babbage will come get you during the Synapse TF, I believe.
If you're already levelled past that, when you hit 40, the portal missions give you an opportunity to kill just about any AV/Monster you may ever have missed, I've found. Albeit, it'll be Psychic Babbage you'll be fighting, I imagine he still counts.

I just want the Clockstopper badge... fits in with my character's story (clockwork are her nemisis... when she turned SL20 she got changed into a pure human for a short time, lost her powers and the Clockwork king, having found out, sent tons of patrols and ambushes after her, at which point she had to run for her life as she couldn't fight them... her revenge came when she tracked the King down and took him out!)

It's the same thing. 
Respec is a REWARD for completeing the TV TRIAL. There is no RESPEC Trial, it is the TV Trial and Respec is the reward.
The Badge you in get In accolades is for choosing Respec as a Reward, it is NOT the badge for completing the Trial itself.
Here's an odd one.
Just now finished the "Circle of Thorns vs Alternate Oranbegans" 3 part mission - Close portal, visit Peter Stemitz, Stop the Battle.
At the end of completing the last one, I didn't get any mission xp - or get the "Frontline" badge, which I've seen listed as a reward for this mission.
What's strange is I did get the "Explorer" badge (collect 50 badges reward) on exiting the mission, although I have no other new badges.
Edit: turns out it was a visual bug - the Frontline badge was there after I logged out and back.
I did the positron TF when they were being "fixed" after launch. Will this affect my getting that badge?
I have bugged it in game, but that's exactly what I'm taking about. I did the Numina TF Friday and the Terra Volta Trial today. I didn't get the accomplishment badges for either, still have a blank spot for "Complete Numina's Taskforce" and "Complete the Terra Volta Trial." No one in my groups for either TF got those badges either. Has anyone done a taskforce or trial SINCE the patch and gotten an accomplishment badge for it?

I think it takes a few logins, I passed Synapse before the badge addition and i logged in 2-3 times without the badge but today I got it, and it didnt even show the "Badge Earned!" explosive letters, i just checked under achievements for some other badge and there it was. keep an eye out
I would like to know if there are still plans to implement the reverse side kick feature to allow you to go back and do outleveled task forces. I sat out out on the first couple because for a period after launch task forces were "broken" and we were being told not to do them.
I completed the Bastion TF last night for the first time and did not receive my badge. Also, the first mission was bugged. We had to restart the TF twice because of the problems entering the first mission.

Way back in the day, my team and I did the Synapse Task Force. Twice. We defeated babbage. Once. We couldnt' twice because the server booted us and when wer returned there was no babbage on sight.
All in all, I don't have the Babbage badge.
So, does the Babbage on Synapse's count for the badge? Or is it on another, upper level mission? I heard he no longer spawns on boomtown, so where could I find him and beat him?

(Last night, I logged on to Virtue with one of my characters.....he's still waiting for the badge for Positron's TF to be awarded, retroactively. I havent checked the others, yet.....)

Spelunker-Complete CoT Cave Mission from SL2 "You have freed a local fortune teller from the clutches of the Circle of Thorns."
I have done this one pre Issue 2 on a couple of people, neither have this badge though, are we just out of luck, i.e. no retroactive badge?
Are the badges still going around? Read something that they should be done by 9/20 but I havn't gotten my TF badges yet.

Did anyone get some of their old TF badges? I did TF's 2, 3, and 4 before issue 2. I recieved the badge for task forces 2 and 4 a few days ago, but didn't get the badge for sister psyche's TF even though I've completed it. Is there going to be a second wave of badges issued?
