I’d like to give a big thank you to the entire City of Heroes team for this event. You guys really know how to throw a party! Now if you’ll excuse me, I have some trick or treating to do.

Did anyone get some of their old TF badges? I did TF's 2, 3, and 4 before issue 2. I recieved the badge for task forces 2 and 4 a few days ago, but didn't get the badge for sister psyche's TF even though I've completed it. Is there going to be a second wave of badges issued?
